Diego Conde wins November Save of the Month

Diego Conde has won the LALIGA EA SPORTS November Save of the Month award. The Villarreal CF goalkeeper was once again key for his team during the last month with his saves, especially in the game against Deportivo Alavés in which his team won 3-0, where he delivered a stunning save that highlighted his exceptional performance.

In the 26th minute of the match, with Villarreal and Alavés locked at 0-0, Tenaglia delivered a cross from the right, finding Kike García, who headed the ball between two Villarreal defenders. Diego Conde produced a stunning close-range save, tipping the ball onto the crossbar to keep the game level. Moments later, goals from Ilias Akhomach, Dani Parejo, and Santi Comesaña secured a crucial victory for Marcelino García Toral's side at the Estadio de la Cerámica.

Villarreal's '13' wins the LALIGA EA SPORTS Save of the Month award for the second time this season after beating Leo Román (RCD Mallorca) and Jan Oblak (Atlético de Madrid) in the final voting. The Slovenian goalkeeper was the previous winner of this trophy in October, while Diego Conde won it in August.
