Abdul Mumin wins Goal of the Month for September

Abdul Mumin's goal against CA Osasuna has been chosen as LALIGA EA SPORTS Goal of the Month for September. The centre-back was the protagonist in Rayo's game against CA Osasuna in whihc he scored a beautiful goal in which the rival keeper was unable to do anything.

It was the 50th minute of the game in which Rayo were losing 0-1, as Mumim helped out his team by putting the ball in the back of the net from just outside the box, putting the ball right in the top corner of Sergio Herrera's net.

This goal changed the game's momentum and Rayo went on to win 3-1 in front of their home fans.

Rayo Vallecano's number ‘16’ wins LALIGA Goal of the Month for the first time, beating Raúl García de Haro (CA Osasuna) and Sandro (UD Las Palmas) to the award.
