Elche CF 1-1 Cordoba CF

A thrilling match at the Martinez Valero ended with the points shared in what was a fair
outcome. It was an evenly matched game throughout, and this was reflected in the final score
at 1-1. Sergio Pelegrin grabbed Elche's goal, firing home Edu Alabacar's free-kick, before Federico Piovaccari headed in Zakarya Bergdich's cross to secure a valuable point away from home for his team. Cordoba have now gone four games without a win and Elche have not tasted victory in their past four home outings.

CD Numancia 1-2 Sevilla Atletico

The Andalusian side notched up their third consecutive victory to continue their ascent up the
table. Ivi was on cue to net the winning goal in the second half of the match. But it was the
home side who broke the deadlock, Pablo Valcarce the scorer after collecting Eneko Capilla's pass. Sevilla At. equalised just 15 minutes later, though, and the teams headed in for the half- time break with the scores level. In the dying moments, Ivi snatched the winner to make it 2-1 to the visitors.

Getafe CF 1-1 SD Huesca

The match played at the Coliseum got off to a slow start but improved as the minutes ticked
by. It was a closely fought encounter and ended in a draw. Huesca took the lead through
Alexander just when Getafe were dictating the game. However, the Madrilenians kept pushing
and managed to level with a goal by Alejandro Faurlin. A point apiece leaves both teams in the
league table's comfort zone.

CF Reus 2-1 CD Lugo

Reus won again. The Catalan side appear to know no bounds. They are now second in the
LaLiga 1|2|3 table after adding a further three points to their tally. Two goals by Alfredo
Mayordomo and Fran Carbia in as many minutes were too much for Lugo, who managed to
pull one back through Joselu in the second half.

Rayo Vallecano 1-0 Girona

The Madrid-based outfit claimed victory thanks to Manucho, who scored the only goal of the
game. Alex Moreno produced a fantastic move just after the restart in the second half and it
ended with Rayo grabbing what would turn out to be the winning goal. After three games
without a win, Jose Ramon Sandoval's side took the three points and can breathe a bit easier as they continue to scale the standings.

R. Valladolid 0-0 R. Zaragoza

These two sides served up a fine spectacle which ultimately ended goalless despite the hosts shading proceedings. Paco Herrera's charges came out all guns blazing and had several chances to have got their noses in front, but some wayward finishing let them down. A point is of little use to either side as they fail to move up the LaLiga 1|2|3 table.

RCD Mallorca 1-0 AD Alcorcon

The islanders edged past Alcorcon to register their third triumph of the campaign. The winner came courtesy of Ivorian striker, Lago Junior, who tucked home a 57th-minute spot-kick. It turned out to be an afternoon of penalties, with the referee pointing to the spot three times throughout the game, but the Mallorca forward was the only man to convert his effort, as Alcorcon's Marko Dmitrovic and the hosts' Jesus Cabrero both pulled off penalty saves.

UD Almeria 3-0 Nastic

The Catalans headed to the Juegos Mediterraneos stadium just two points behind Almeria in the standings, which saw this clash billed as an early-season six-pointer. This one went the way of the Andalusians, who produced an impressive display to record their second win of the season. The star of the show was Antonio Puertas, who struck a brace to put the hosts into a commanding position, before Quique's injury-time effort rounded off a comfortable victory.

CD Mirandes 0-3 Levante UD

The LaLiga 1l2l3 leaders put Mirandes to the sword as they proved exactly why they are currently top of the pile. The Granotes easily despatched of Mirandes to become the first side to take maximum points from Anduva this term. A Roger Marti double and a Jason strike condemned Carlos Terrazas' troops to a defeat which sees them slip down to 10th.

Cadiz CF 2-2 UCAM Murcia CF

UCAM grabbed an equaliser in the last 10 minutes to complete a stirring comeback after having trailed 2-0 against Cadiz. Goals from Aridane Hernandez and Gorka Santamaria within the opening quarter of an hour put the Andalusians firmly in the ascendancy, but the visitors hit back through Jesus Imaz and Juanma Delgado to rescue a point.

R. Oviedo 2-0 CD Tenerife

Miguel Linares struck twice to see off Tenerife and propel the Asturians into the playoff places. The R.Oviedo forward broke the deadlock on 31' with a right-footed strike from outside the area and secured victory with his second of the game on 87'.
