For the same reasons mentioned in the previous section, the Agreements that LALIGA has signed with public bodies or bodies that perform public functions are listed below, as well as those that are not subject to confidentiality and are considered more relevant in the private sphere:

- Purpose and duration: Reducing debt with Public Administrations. Uncertain duration.
- Modifications: None.
- Obliged parties: The League undertakes to work with the CSD and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports to reduce the professional football sector's debts to public administrations.
- Economic conditions agreed: None.
- Subcontracting: None.
- Signatories: Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and LALIGA.
- Date: October 19, 2021.
- Purpose and duration: To establish a cooperation framework for the development of actions and projects that are of common interest in the field of training in the field of defence and protection of intellectual property, as well as the lines of collaboration between the MCD and LALIGA to promote the increase in the efficiency of the procedure for safeguarding intellectual property rights against infringement by those responsible for services in society of the information processed by the Second Section of the ICC, a collegiate body attached to the General Secretariat of Culture and Sport of the MCD.The term of validity will be 4 years from its registration in the State Electronic Registry of Cooperation Bodies and Instruments of the state public sector, unless early resolution by mutual agreement.
- Modifications: None.
- Obligated parties: Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and LALIGA.
- Agreed financial obligations: LALIGA assumes the costs generated in accordance with the provisions of clause Two. The Agreement does not create any new economic obligations for the Ministry of Culture and Sport. The expenditure that may be generated by the fulfillment of paragraph b of the second clause will be assumed with the financial resources and means available to the aforementioned ministerial department.

- Signatory parties: Secretary of State for Culture and LALIGA.
- Purpose and duration: Establish a framework of collaboration to launch an information campaign to raise social awareness about the defence of intellectual property and the fight against piracy in its various manifestations. The Secretary of State for Culture will also work alongside LALIGA on designing and setting up an annual competition for short film projects at national level, as well as another for short films already made in Latin America, both of which are aimed at promoting the values of football. The Agreement will have a duration of 2 years, which may be extended for annual periods up to a maximum total of 4 years.
- Modifications: None.
- Obliged parties: Secretary of State for Culture and LALIGA.
- Economic conditions agreed: The Secretary of State for Culture, in application of this Agreement, bears no costs. LALIGA, for its part, assumes the economic obligations undertaken in the Agreement.
- Subcontracting: None.
- Signatory parties: Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and LALIGA.
- Date: 13 June 2017.
- Purpose and duration: Implement a framework of cooperation on actions and projects in the field of training in the defence and protection of intellectual property that are of common interest, and also to define guidelines for joint action between the Ministry and LALIGA to create a more efficient procedure for safeguarding intellectual property rights against infringement by those responsible for information society services, processed by the Second Section of the CPI, a collegiate body attached to the Secretary of State for Culture of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. The term of validity will be 4 years from its formalisation.
- Modifications: None.
- Obliged parties: Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and LALIGA.
- Economic conditions agreed: LALIGA shall bear the expenses generated stipulated in clause 2 (a). The Agreement does not generate new economic obligations for the Ministry. The expenses that may be generated by the fulfilment of Clause Two b) shall be met using the financial resources and means at the disposal of the Ministry's department.
- Subcontracting: None.
- Signatory parties: General Directorate of Police and LALIGA.
- Date: 27 March 2017.
- Purpose and duration: Establish a framework for collaboration between the two parties to put in place a mechanism for communication and exchange of information on the monitoring of football betting markets, as well as on fraudulent activities concerning tampering with the results and conditions of football matches. It lasts 1 calendar year from the date of its signature, and is automatically renewable for periods of the same length.
- Modifications: None.
- Obliged parties: General Directorate of Police and LALIGA.
- Economic conditions agreed: The agreement does not imply any financial contribution by either of the signatory parties.
- Subcontracting: None.
- Signatory parties: RFEF and LALIGA.
- Date:3 July 2019.
- Purpose and duration: Arrange the coordination required by the Real Federación Española de Fútbol and LaLiga, the Sports Act and its regulatory implementation on professional football competitions at the state level. It has a duration of 5 years (1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024). This agreement has been tacitly extended for 5 more years until June 30, 2029.
- Obliged parties: RFEF and LALIGA.
- Economic conditions agreed: LALIGA guarantees a series of economic amounts to the RFEF set forth in the Agreement.
- Subcontracting: None.
- Signatory parties: AFE and LALIGA.
- Purpose and duration: Regulation of the professional conditions of professional football players of First and Second Division Clubs/SAD affiliated to LALIGA. The term began on 1 July 2016 and will end on 30 June 2026.
- Modifications: An amendment was approved by order of the National Court in March 2019, which has led to the incorporation of Annex VII. “Protocol for the election of the union representation in the Negotiating Committee for the negotiation and/or modification of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for professional football activities in the First and Second Division A.”. And a subsequent amendment published by Resolution of 27 November 2023, of the Directorate General of Labour (BOE 12 December 2023).
- Economic conditions agreed. Ensure minimum remuneration per season for professional footballers covered by the Agreement.
- Subcontracting: None.

- Signatory parties: General Administration of the Basque Country and LALIGA.
- Purpose and duration: To articulate the collaboration between the General Administration of the Basque Country, through the Department of Security (Ertzaintza) and the National Professional Football League, improving the comprehensive security policy of football stadiums in the face of the threat of UAS overflight during the celebration of sporting events. The duration is 4 years.
- Modifications: None.
- Obliged parties: General Administration of the Basque Country and LALIGA.
- Economic conditions agreed: Each of the signatory parties will undertake the minimum investment expenditure necessary to allow the integration of the data, from the detection units installed in sports stadiums, into the Information Systems of the Department of Security.
- Subcontracting: None.
- Signatory parties: Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, LALIGA and LALIGA Foundation.
- Purpose and duration: To establish the conditions of collaboration between the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, LALIGA and the LALIGA Foundation for the prevention and fight against hate speech in sport. The duration is 3 years, which may be extended for a maximum of 4 more years by express agreement of the parties adopted before the end of said initial period of validity.

- Obliged parties: Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, LALIGA and LALIGA Foundation.
- Economic conditions agreed: Each of the signatory parties undertakes to contribute the necessary resources for the implementation of the planned collaboration.
