Lamine Yamal wins Player of the Month for September

Lamine Yamal has been chosen Player of the Month in LALIGA EA SPORTS in September. The youngster has been key in FC Barcelona's 9 of 12 points this month, keeping them top of the table.

The 17-year-old Barça player is a constant threat for rival defenders and has continued to prove this with three goals and an assist in the month of September. Lamine scored the first two goals in Barça's win in Girona and another away at Osasuna after coming on as a substitute in the second half. He also assisted Raphinha in their win against Villarreal.

Barça's number ‘19’ wins this Player of the Month award in September after his teammate, Raphinha, won in the month of August. Lamine beats Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), Iñaki Williams (Athletic Club), Giovani Lo Celso (Real Betis) and Carlos Vicente (Deportivo Alavés) in the voting.
