To access the exclusive content of "MILIGA" you must register in LALIGA Ecosystem, through which you access an environment created by LALIGA, composed of several applications and websites of LALIGA, where, through a common registration implemented by LALIGA in such assets (Single Sign-On of LALIGA), each user receives a unique identifier so that any selection or modification of preferences or deletion request you make in one of the applications or websites that are part of the ecosystem will affect the rest of the LALIGA Ecosystem environment. Where do we get your personal data?

LALIGA will process the data you provide through the registration form (email as mandatory data), in the WEB configuration process (favorite team as mandatory data) through your MyAccount profile (name, surname, avatar or photo, date of birth, gender, ID, language, country of residence, province, city, address, zip code, phone number as optional data) and other data inferred as a result of the use and activity you develop on the web (registered user ID; device ID; operating system; device model and telemetry, for example, it will also be recorded when you click on a particular content or the time you stay in the asset) or your interactions with the communications we send you via web notification or mail, if any (for example, clicking on the content of a communication).

Similarly, in the event that you are a user of another asset under the responsibility of LALIGA and that is part of LALIGA Ecosystem, LALIGA may process in MILIGA the aforementioned personal data, declared or inferred in such assets.

Importing data from social networks

We inform you that you can use the social networks of which you are a user to register in LALIGA Ecosystem. Also, if you consent, the social network you have chosen may share with LALIGA additional information to complete your profile in the LALIGA asset.

Thanks to page likes and biography posts, LALIGA will obtain the following inferred data:

● Engagement" value: this value measures the volume of interactions that the user has with the Facebook wall of the official LALIGA page.

● Social" value: this value measures the user's influence on social networks.

● Promotion" value: users' walls are analyzed for references to sweepstakes, promotions and sweepstakes entries, and a value is assigned that measures the promotional ratio on the user's wall. It also checks whether the user's profile follows Facebook pages dedicated to advertising promotions, raffles and sweepstakes.

● Fan Value: This score is a combination of the previous 3 that ranks users by the value obtained (a user with a higher score will be considered a more valuable user).

Data shared through Google:

● Name and surname (Required for registration)

● E-mail address (Required for registration)

● Birthday (Optional).

● Gender (Optional).

● Country (Optional).

● Youtube channels you follow (Optional).

The use (of the application) and transfer of information received from the Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including limited use requirements.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses the tool of a third party technical provider for the structuring and segmentation of the information provided by Facebook and Google.

We also remind you that LALIGA is not responsible for the legal adequacy of the social network you use to carry out the registration in LALIGA's assets. For this reason, we recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policy of the social networks you are going to use for this purpose in order that you can verify that the treatment that is done with your personal data is in accordance with your expectations of privacy and data protection regulations that in each case is applicable.

Once the data have been imported and incorporated into your registered user account, your data will be integrated into LALIGA Ecosystem and processed by LALIGA for the purposes described in this Policy.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Main Purposes:

/ Access to the Platform and registration in MILIGA: We inform you that your personal data (in this case email and all profile data that you have provided as optional data) will be processed by LALIGA for the purpose of facilitating your registration and access to MILIGA. In order to identify yourself in MILIGA you will have the option to upload your own photo as avatar, which can be viewed by other users.

Also, LALIGA will use your email address to allow you access to the rest of LALIGA Ecosystem assets.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses the services of a third party provider (RP Solutions, S.L.) which uses, in turn, the services of a provider located in the United States (Neverbounce, Inc.), which involves the international transfer of your email to the United States, in order to verify the validity of your email. This country does not guarantee a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area. For this reason, standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission have been signed with this service provider pursuant to art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to these providers for the greatest possible security and transparency. The content of the standard contractual clauses is available upon request at lopd@laliga.es

Additionally, once you have provided your email address and created your password, LALIGA will automatically send you an email with a verification code to validate your account and complete your registration on the WEBSITE.

Finally, when you have completed the registration process in LALIGA Ecosystem, LALIGA will process your email to send you confirmation of your registration in compliance with the provisions of art. 28.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002, of services of the information society and electronic commerce and in accordance with art. 6.1.c) of the RGPD.

For the sending of these communications, LALIGA uses a service of a third party provider (salesforce.com EMEA Limited) which involves international transfer to the United States, a country that guarantees a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union for personal data transferred from Europe to third party providers in the United States that are adhered to the Data Privacy Framework, including this provider.

The necessary and essential data to allow you to register on the WEB are your email and your password. If you do not provide these data you will not be able to register on the WEB.

In the event that you choose not to register with MILIGA, LALIGA will use the data inferred as a result of your use and activity on the website (registered user ID; device ID; operating system; device model and telemetry) or your interactions with the communications we send you via web notification or email, if applicable (e.g., clicking on the content of a communication) to allow you access to laliga.com.

/ WEB configuration process: LALIGA will process the data of your favorite team in order to configure the appearance of the WEBSITE with the colors of your club. If you do not provide this information, it will not be possible to configure the appearance of the WEBSITE according to your favorite team.

/ Participation in sweepstakes and voting through MILIGA: We inform you that your email address will be processed by LALIGA for the purpose of managing your participation in sweepstakes and voting conducted through the WEBSITE. In the case of sweepstakes, once held, the prizes will be published in MILIGA or we will inform you via email. Also, if you are chosen as the winner of a draw, we will contact you to ask you for additional information such as your home address to send you the prize or, in the event that the prize is over 300€, your ID card in order to make the corresponding tax withholding. The only necessary and essential information for participation in the sweepstakes and voting that are made through MILIGA is your email address. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to participate in them. Likewise, the additional data required in case of being a winner may be your name, surname, postal address and/or ID in case the prize is over 300€. If you do not provide the above mentioned data we will not be able to send you the prize.

/ Participation in surveys: We inform you that your email address will be processed by LALIGA in order to manage your participation in the various surveys conducted through MILIGA. We also inform you that your answers may be shared in aggregate form with third party sponsors or collaborators of LALIGA. In this case, the sharing of information will not contain any personal data, so it will not be possible to identify the user who has answered the survey. The only data required for participation in surveys is your email address. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to participate in the surveys.

/ Reward system through MILIGA: We inform you that your email will be processed by LALIGA for the purpose of storing and managing the score you get through the various actions you perform on the WEBSITE or the activity you perform within the various assets of LALIGA Ecosystem. The only data necessary for the provision of this service is the email. If you do not provide this information, the LALIGA reward system will not work properly.

The legal basis for the purposes mentioned above (except for the one related to the confirmation of your registration) is that the processing is necessary for the execution of the legal conditions of MILIGA, under the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We also inform you that LALIGA has consulting and technical support providers to carry out the purposes described above.

/ Sending of LALIGA's periodic newsletter: on a monthly basis LALIGA may send you institutional information related to LALIGA and that may be of interest to the international soccer industry. To do so, LALIGA will process your email address, name, surname, country, language of the newsletter and sector to which you belong that you have provided us through the application form.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses the mailing services of Sendgrid (Twilio, INC.) which involves international transfer to the United States, a country that guarantees a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union for personal data transferred from Europe to third party providers in the United States that are adhered to the Data Privacy Framework, among which is this provider.

The legal basis for the processing of your data for the above-mentioned purpose is the consent you have given us to process your data for the specific purposes selected in accordance with the provisions of art. 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will be kept for this purpose until you revoke your consent.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?", without affecting the lawfulness of the consent-based processing prior to its withdrawal.

/ Internal reports: Likewise, LALIGA will process in aggregate form the personal data you have provided through registration (in this case, country), the data you have provided in the MILIGA configuration process (favorite team), the data you have provided through your MyAccount profile (only the data of date of birth will be processed for this purpose, gender, language, country of residence, province, city or zip code, in case you have provided them) or social login (if applicable, birthday, gender, page likes and current city), usage data of the website and other LALIGA Ecosystem assets that you use (user ID, device ID (IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA or IDFA), device ID (IDFA or if applicable, IDFV), device model, operating system and telemetry, e.g., clicking on a particular content or time spent on the asset) and finally, interactions with communications of any kind you receive (e.g., clicking on the content of a communication), for the development of relevant metrics and statistics that allow LALIGA to analyze the use made of the WEBSITE by the different user segments generated and the impact of its campaigns, assessing the interest that the campaigns have aroused among the aforementioned segments based on the data analyzed. In particular, LALIGA will carry out aggregate segmentations based on the aforementioned data, within which are:

o Segment according to favorite team and country (e.g. 20 users from Spain have selected club X as their favorite team).

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses technical support providers to carry out internal reporting.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purposes is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LALIGA under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of extracting lessons learned from the information provided and obtained from users that allows it to improve the website and optimize the communication campaigns it carries out based on the interest that these generate among the different groups of users. Before doing so, we inform you that LALIGA has carried out an analysis of proportionality between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users. You have the right to object to the aforementioned purpose at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?".

/ Questions to the Department of Accreditations and Application of TV Regulations: In order to manage the queries you make to the Department of Accreditations of LALIGA through the emailacreditaciones@laliga.es , LALIGA will process your personal data (email and any other identifying or contact information you wish to provide voluntarily) to manage and respond to your queries raised.

/ Contact form: the event that you want to contact LALIGA through the form established for this purpose on the Platform, LALIGA will process your personal data that you submit through this form (email, name, surname, telephone, media to which you belong, section or program, position and country) in order to manage, process and respond to the request you have sent.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purposes is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LALIGA under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation consisting of managing your request for information. Before doing so, we inform you that LALIGA has carried out an analysis of proportionality between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users, whose conclusions you can request through lopd@laliga.es

Additional Purposes

Below are the additional purposes for which LALIGA will process your personal data:

/ LALIGA commercial communications: So that LALIGA can send you commercial communications via email or other instant messaging channels (e.g. SMS) about its activities (the competitions it organizes, campaigns, public viewings, shows or live events), products (applications, web platforms and games developed by LALIGA), services, LALIGA's own contests, offers, sweepstakes and/or promotions, or contests, offers, sweepstakes and/or promotions carried out by LALIGA on products and services promoted jointly by LALIGA with its official sponsors, which you can consult here, national federations or national and international television channels.

For this purpose, LALIGA will only process your e-mail address and, where appropriate, your telephone number.

We also inform you that, in order to send you commercial communications via email or SMS, LALIGA uses a service of a third party provider (salesforce.com EMEA Limited) which involves the international transfer of the email address you have provided to the United States, a country that guarantees a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union for personal data transferred from Europe to third party providers in the United States that are adhered to the Data Privacy Framework, including this provider.   

Finally, LALIGA also uses the consulting and technical support services of other providers to send commercial communications.

/ Development of simple segmentations: So that LALIGA can send you segmented commercial communications via email or other instant messaging channels, about LALIGA's products and services. These communications will be made based on the information you have provided us through the registration form or through your MyAccount profile (for example, we will send you communications about products that may be of interest to you based on your age, favorite team or your province of residence).

The information used for the elaboration of segments will be only that declared by the interested party in any of the assets that make up LALIGA Ecosystem (for example, gender, country, city, age and favorite team or sport), with a low level of detail on the user's profile without using information inferred from the interested party or from third party sources, being, in any case, segmentations not very exhaustive. In this way, commercial communications can be sent according to the simple segments created with the aforementioned information, avoiding sending content that has no relation to you.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses consulting and technical support providers to carry out simple segmentations of users.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LALIGA under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of making effective use of the personal data provided by the user to achieve greater interest and return of the communications sent. Before doing so, we inform you that LALIGA has carried out an analysis of proportionality between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users, whose conclusions you can request through lopd@laliga.es

In no case will the elaboration of segments made by LALIGA produce legal effects or significantly affect you in any similar way.

/ Elaboration of exhaustive profiles: If you give us your permission, LALIGA will create a comprehensive profile of you so that it can offer you personalized experiences, information and products by sending you personalized commercial communications via email, SMS, or other instant messaging channels (provided that you have granted consent for the purpose "LALIGA commercial communications") or show you banners with personalized advertising on websites, apps or social networks about LALIGA products and services (for example, if we identify that you are a fan of a particular club, we will offer you personalized incentives, such as a jersey of your favorite team).

Thus, the aforementioned information will be directed to the segments (groupings of users that are made based on the information obtained from them or the use you make of the Web or other assets of LALIGA Ecosystem) that we can develop based on the following data sources

● The information you provide during registration or through your MyAccount profile (in this case, favorite team, country or language)

● The social login (in this case, first and last name, email address, birthday, gender, city and province in which you reside, the interest categories, as well as those inferred values -engagement, social, promotion and fan value- obtained from the posts in your Facebook biography and the likes on the page);

● Interactions with communications or notifications you receive (e.g., clicking on the content of a communication)

● Data inferred as a result of usage and activity on the Platform (device ID, registered user ID, device model, operating system and telemetry, e.g., clicking on particular content or time spent on the asset)

In addition, LALIGA will generate these segments taking into account the following profiling techniques

● Measurement of individual campaign performance: LALIGA will use the information related to opening rates, average click-through rates, email bounces or unsubscribe rates to measure campaign performance at an individual level, and as a consequence, perform segmentations based on the information inferred about you and the other information declared, in order to impact you again with certain campaigns that are more related to you or include you only in those in which you have shown more interest (for example, if you are a very active user in certain communications we may send you communications of the same type more frequently). To this end, we inform you that through the data management tools provided by the social networks in which LALIGA has an account, user audiences will be created that can be shared, within each social network and in encrypted form, with third parties outside LALIGA, in order to create their advertising campaigns within the social network itself.

● Campaign optimization: we will exclude you from those advertising campaigns about sweepstakes in which you have participated, about applications in which you have registered or downloaded, about products you have purchased or about services you have previously purchased (for example, we will avoid offering you a LALIGA app if we know that you have previously downloaded it). To do so, we will cross-reference your information with information obtained from other LALIGA assets of which you are a user.

● Users similar to your tastes and preferences: thanks to the profile that LALIGA makes about you, we can send you personalized content taking into account other profiles similar to yours (for example, if we identify that other users similar to you like eSports, we will show you advertising related to eSports)

● Valuation of users: LALIGA will obtain an unknown variable from known variables provided or inferred from you so that it can carry out an analysis of its users in order to identify those with a higher propensity to use or contract LALIGA products, and where appropriate, offer you LALIGA products and services

● Retargeting: in the event that you have interacted with LALIGA without having registered or without having used or downloaded the corresponding LALIGA asset, LALIGA may use the identifying data of your device and/or your email to impact you with advertising in other environments outside LALIGA in order to achieve the interaction desired by LALIGA.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses consulting and technical support providers to carry out complex profiling.

Under no circumstances will profiling carried out by LALIGA produce legal effects or significantly affect you in any similar way.

How long will we keep your personal data?

The personal data we process will be kept for as long as the purposes for which they were collected persist and/or you do not revoke any consent you may have given, or you do not exercise your rights of erasure, objection or restriction of processing.

In this sense, once the above term has expired, LALIGA will keep your personal data duly blocked for the sole purpose of meeting any liability of any kind that may arise:

/ Access to the Platform and registration in MILIGA: the data provided for the provision of services offered by the laliga.com environment and the MILIGA platform will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once this purpose has ended, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ WEB configuration process: the data provided for the configuration of MILIGA will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Participation in sweepstakes and voting through MILIGA: the data provided for participation in sweepstakes and voting through MILIGA will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Participation in surveys: the data provided for participation in surveys will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Reward system through MILIGA: the data provided for the management of MILIGA's reward system will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Sending the periodic newsletter LALIGA: the data provided for sending the periodic newsletter LALIGA attention queries will be retained until you request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent given or limit the treatment and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the limitation period of the legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Internal reports: the data provided for internal reports will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not object to the processing and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Questions to the Department of Accreditations and Application of TV Regulations: the data provided to manage your queries sent to the Department of Accreditations of LALIGA will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not oppose the treatment and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Contact form: the data provided to manage your queries sent through LALIGA's contact form will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not oppose the treatment and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ LALIGA commercial communications: the data provided for commercial communications made by LALIGA will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent given or limit the treatment and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Elaboration of simple segmentations: the data provided for the elaboration of simple segmentations will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not object to the processing and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Elaboration of exhaustive profiles: the data provided for the elaboration of exhaustive profiles will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent granted or limit the processing and, once this purpose has been fulfilled, during the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

Such personal data will be deleted when these deadlines expire.

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

Your personal data may be communicated to other persons or companies to be used for their own purposes provided that you give us your consent by checking the box provided or on the occasion of the service you request. In this sense, we inform you that your personal data will be communicated to third parties that have a relationship with LALIGA depending on the purpose of processing:

/ LALIGA will communicate your personal data obtained in the assets belonging to LALIGA Ecosystem of which you are a user (email and, where appropriate, name, surname, telephone and country), to your Favorite Team and to third parties so that they can send you commercial communications about their activities, products, services, contests, offers and/or promotions.

In this regard, we inform you that your personal data will only be communicated to third parties and soccer teams belonging to the first and second division of the National Professional Football League, which have formalized a collaboration agreement with LALIGA. In the following link, you have at your disposal a list of third parties and soccer teams that currently have an agreement with LALIGA and that, if you authorize us, may send you commercial communications.

We also inform you that the communication of your data to third parties may involve, in some cases, the international transfer of your data to countries that either have an adequate level of protection, comparable to that of the European Union, or do not guarantee it. In the latter case, LALIGA has taken appropriate measures to ensure that your data are treated by a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union. For this reason, LALIGA has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with such third parties under the provisions of art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations, after analysis of the impact of the transfer made, addressed to them for greater security and transparency possible. The legal basis that legitimizes this communication of personal data is the consent you have given us under the provisions of art. 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Also, LALIGA may provide personal data and any other user information when required by public authorities in the exercise of the functions that are legitimately attributed and in accordance with the provisions that may be applicable.

Similarly, LALIGA uses some suppliers who will access personal data and information as processors or sub-processors to provide LALIGA with the different services mentioned in the section "For what purposes do we process your personal data" of this Policy.

These service providers sign a contract that obligates them to use your personal information only for the provision of the services described in this Policy.

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

We inform you that, at any time, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, not to be subject to automated decisions, limitation of treatment and to revoke your consent at any time before LALIGA.

What are your rights as a user?

/ Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether LALIGA processes your personal data, as well as to access them.

/ Right of rectification: you may request the modification or rectification of inaccurate personal data.

/ Right of deletion: you may request the deletion of your personal data.

/ Right to limitation of processing: In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.

/ Right of opposition: you may oppose the processing of your data for the purpose you specify. LALIGA will cease processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

/ Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions: you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that may produce legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you.

/ Right of portability: if the WEBSITE allows it, you may exercise the right to the portability of your data, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.

What is MyAccount?

MyAccount is a section within MILIGA where you can consult all the personal information you have provided to LALIGA through any of its assets.

Also, you can complete the user profile you have in the digital ecosystem of LALIGA with the data you consider relevant, modify those data that are incorrect, inaccurate or outdated, as well as delete this data, updating this information in all LALIGA assets where you are registered.

Finally, you will also be able to modify your preferences, changing the consents given to LALIGA at any time and in a simple way.

LALIGA informs you that to access laliga.com and register in MILIGA you must be at least 16 years old.

ACTIVE PURSUIT OF PIRACY

In order to pursue the various actions of audiovisual piracy that are related to LALIGA's audiovisual content, LALIGA has tools that allow the prevention and active prosecution of these behaviors. The use of these tools may involve the processing of personal data of alleged infringers of intellectual property rights over which LALIGA holds the exploitation rights.

Likewise, LALIGA, in certain circumstances, may take legal action against those interested parties who are presumed to have engaged in infringing conduct.

Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?

The personal data will be processed by the Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional, (hereinafter, "LALIGA") with NIF: G-78069762 and address at Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043, Madrid.

Where do we obtain personal data?

LALIGA will process the data obtained through the use of the various tools at its disposal:

/ User name in different applications,

/ Pseudonymized data (unique identifiers associated with each user name),

/ IP addresses (including, in certain cases, domestic IP addresses),

/ E-mail address, name and surname, telephone number and advertising identifiers relating to legal entities or natural persons acting in their capacity as individual entrepreneurs.

As well as other data that may be sent by the various Internet access operators to LALIGA relating to legal entities or individuals acting in their capacity as individual entrepreneurs (IP addresses, name and surname, postal address and identification document such as NIF or NIE).

For what purposes do we process personal data?

/ Active pursuit of audiovisual piracy: We inform you that personal data (in this case, the data that have been collected by the various applications available to LALIGA) will be processed by LALIGA for the purpose of conducting investigations for the purpose of prosecution of acts of audiovisual piracy on LALIGA content.

/ Filing of legal actions against alleged infringers: We inform you that the personal data (in this case, the data that have been communicated by the various Internet access operators) will be processed by LALIGA for the purpose of bringing the corresponding legal actions against those infringers on whom there is reasonable evidence that they are making available or disseminating, either directly or indirectly, content, works or services subject to intellectual property rights without meeting the requirements established by law and through acts that cannot be considered carried out by end consumers in good faith and without the intention of obtaining economic and/or commercial benefits.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses technical suppliers, with whom LALIGA has formalized a contract for the processing, to carry out the purposes described above.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purposes is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LALIGA under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of protecting LALIGA's audiovisual content to prevent its commercialization from being affected by the unlawful practice of piracy.

Before doing so, we inform you that LALIGA has carried out an analysis of proportionality between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users. You can request the conclusions of this analysis through .lopd@laliga.es

With respect to these purposes, there is no right of opposition to the processing of personal data by the data subject, all this, under Article 21.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation, since, on the one hand, compelling legitimate grounds for the processing of such data that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject can be accredited and, on the other hand, the processing of data is necessary for the formulation and exercise of claims that, where appropriate, are relevant.

How long will we keep the personal data?

The personal data we process will be kept for as long as the purposes for which they were collected or the rights of deletion, opposition or limitation of processing are not exercised.

In this sense, once the above term has expired, LALIGA will keep the personal data duly blocked for the sole purpose of meeting any liability of any kind that may arise:

/ Active prosecution of audiovisual piracy: the data used for the active prosecution of audiovisual piracy will be kept as long as this purpose persists, and once it has been fulfilled, during the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from it.

/ Legal action against alleged offenders: data received from operators will be retained for a maximum of 30 calendar days. If it is decided not to take legal action, the data will be destroyed immediately. If, on the other hand, it is decided to take legal action, the data will be retained for the duration of the proceedings and, at the end of the proceedings, for the statute of limitations period of the corresponding legal proceedings.

Personal data will be definitively deleted when these deadlines expire.

To which recipients will the personal data be communicated?

LALIGA may provide personal data and any other user information when required by public authorities in the exercise of the functions legitimately attributed to them and in accordance with the provisions that may be applicable.

Similarly, LALIGA uses some subcontracted entities that will access personal data and information as processors or sub-processors to provide LALIGA with a necessary service. Thus, LALIGA uses technical suppliers and technical and business consulting to perform the purposes indicated in the section "For what purposes do we process personal data?

These service providers sign a contract that obligates them to use your personal information only for the provision of the services described in this policy.

What are the rights recognized by data protection regulations?

We inform you that, at any time, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing at any time before LALIGA.

What are my rights as a user?

/ Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether LALIGA processes personal data, as well as the right to access such data.

/ Right of rectification: you may request the modification or rectification of inaccurate personal data.

/ Right of deletion: you may request the deletion of personal data.

/ Right of opposition: you may oppose the processing of data for the purpose you specify. LALIGA will cease processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
