Less than two months have passed since Los Rojiblancos lifted the trophy in the under-12s edition of LALIGA FC FUTURES in Maspalomas. The final was a thrilling derby in which Los Colchoneros defeated Real Madrid thanks to a brilliant late goal to win the title and round off the perfect tournament. They now head to Riyadh as one of the teams to beat and will be determined to repeat the feat, this time playing the 11-a-side game and at a higher level.
FC BARCELONA
The academy is part of Barça’s DNA and one of the club’s hallmarks. Barcelona’s philosophy and values are instilled in the lower ranks and reflected in every tournament which they play in. And if they are playing in a competition, they are invariably among the candidates to win the title. The hard work and great attention to detail applied to their youth football have reaped rewards over the years, and many future Blaugrana stars have been unveiled during these tournaments.
REAL BETIS
One of the most experienced teams in these tournaments. Several of their players have already taken part in the lower levels of LALIGA FC FUTURES and will now be looking to put in a good performance in the 11-a-side version at the under-14s level, showcasing the potential of Betis’s lower ranks.
SEVILLA FC
The Andalusian team is one of the regulars in LALIGA FC FUTURES and will seek to win their first trophy in this Under-14s International Tournament in Saudi Arabia by demonstrating the potential of an academy which has produced superstars and world champions.

VALENCIA CF
We can produce a long list of young Che academy graduates who have ended up reaching the first team and becoming some of the best footballers in the world. There is always a high bar for the Valencia CF academy, but the youngsters never fail to deliver. With heaps of ambition, the Valencians are dreaming of returning home with plenty to cheer about.
VILLARREAL CF
The Yellow Submarine know exactly what it is like to host a LALIGA FC FUTURES tournament, as well as knowing what it is like to be the headliners and to ensure that the trophy remains at home. Villarreal will not miss out on the event in Riyadh and are guaranteed to fight hard and continue making their mark with strong performances in the competition. What’s more, the club’s steadfast commitment to the academy motivates its young promises to follow in the footsteps of their idols and dream of a future in the first team.
AS ROMA
The Giallorossi head to Saudi Arabia determined to put in a good performance and to showcase their excellent football. Will the Italians manage to claim their first international LALIGA FC FUTURES trophy?

One of the Navarre club’s distinguishing features is its strong commitment to the academy. Many of the players in the first team emerged from the youth ranks and undoubtedly several of the players present in Saudi Arabia will end up making their debuts at El Sadar. It will be worth keeping a close eye on this generation’s talent.
CÁDIZ CF
One of the three Andalusian teams who will be taking part in the competition and also one of the major newcomers with respect to previous international editions of the tournament. Cadiz will be looking to produce a shock result and claim the title in this edition.
OLYMPIQUE DE MARSEILLE
A historic French football club enters this edition of LALIGA FC FUTURES with the hunger and ambition to prove why they are one of the most powerful teams in France. Their quick and bold game will surely be one of the key attractions of this competition.
MAHD ACADEMY
An academy located in Riyadh making its LALIGA FC FUTURES debut. Their slogan is “Land of Champions”. Will the hosts manage to surprise us all and lift the trophy in Saudi Arabia?
