XXIV Torneo Internacional LaLiga Promises Abu Dhabi

The best youth football competition on the planet is back. The top academies from across the globe will come together from 27 to 29 December in the city of Al Ain (UAE) to crown the best Under-12 team in the world once again.

The best Under-12 teams from LaLiga Santander will take on European powerhouses such as Juventus of Turin, Inter Milan, SL Benfica, PSG and Borussia Dortmund. However, the tournament will also feature the participation of clubs from the United Arab Emirates, with Al-Ain FC, Baniyas Club and Al-Jazira SC.

The 24th edition of the LaLiga Promises International Tournament leaves Spanish shores once again, after visiting the United States previously. The first edition of the prestigious tournament took place in Barranquilla in 2015, while Miami hosted the second edition.

LaLiga, in partnership with the Jose Ramon de la Morena Foundation, continues to support youth football, respect for the values of sport and the fostering of young talent. Thanks to this tournament, we have enjoyed watching the first forays into football of household names such as Gerard Pique, Fernando Torres and Andres Iniesta.
