Lluis Carreras named Liga Adelante Manager of the Month for February

February proved to be a fruitful month for Real Zaragoza after the Aragon side went the whole month unbeaten, recording three wins and a draw to register a return of 10 out of a possible 12 points.

Zaragoza's coach, Lluis Carreras, played an instrumental role in his team's excellent run and his achievements have seen him pick up the BBVA award for Liga Adelante Manager of the Month for February. During the course of February, Carreras oversaw home victories against CD Leganes (1-0) and CD Lugo (3-1), a triumph at Córdoba CF (2-0) and a away point against At. Osasuna (1-1).

This accolade, which is awarded by BBVA, the competition's main sponsor, and voted for by the LaLiga.es writers, recognises the considerable work put in by a manager who aspires to lead his team back to the Liga BBVA.
