Johnny Cardoso chosen LALIGA EA SPORTS U23 Player of the Month for February

The American youngster, Johnny Cardoso, has been chosen LALIGA EA SPORTS U23 Player of the Month for Feburary, an award given by LALIGA and Sorare. The midfielder has been one of the protagonists of a Real Betis team that's had a great month, in which they didn't lose any of their games.

Johnny came in like a breath of fresh air for Pellegrini in the Winter transfer window, making himself an undoubted starter, as well as playing at a fantastic level. The 22 year old has started all of Betis' games this month, assisting in their 0-2 win against Cádiz, and scoring in the victory at home against Athletic Club.

The green and white number '4' is therefore awareded the U23 Player of the Month award in the voting over Eduardo Camavinga (Real Madrid), Lamine Yamal (FC Barcelona), Samu Omorodion (Deportivo Alavés) and Mason Greenwood (Getafe CF).
