- Kaba was born in Conakry, Guinea, 23 years ago and joined Elche CF in 2016 to strengthen the youth team after a stint at Alcobendas CF. He made his first-team debut in May 2017 and played a key role in the Alicante-based club's promotion to LaLiga 1|2|3 last season.
- The striker has registered six of Elche's seven LaLiga 1|2|3 goals so far this campaign. No other LaLiga Santander or LaLiga 1|2|3 player has scored such a high percentage of their club's goals.

- Those six goals have seen Kaba lead the way in the LaLiga 1|2|3 goalscoring charts, alongside Quique Gonzalez (RC Deportivo), Antonio Puertas (Granada CF), Enric Gallego (Extremadura UD) and Ruben Castro (UD Las Palmas).
- Kaba is on fire, having notched back-to-back braces in his last two appearances, with the most recent one earning Elche their first win of the LaLiga 1|2|3 season against CD Lugo. The Guinean had to shoot off to the airport straight after it to report for international duty, with Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers on the horizon and the schedule dictates that the 23-year-old will be forced to miss the club's next outing in both LaLiga 1|2|3 and the Copa del Rey.
- The forward's fine displays at the start of the season have earnt him a one-year contract extension, meaning he is now committed to the club until 2021.
