Team News:

- Valencia CF: Gaya, Enzo Perez and Feghouli (suspended); Javi Fuego, Siqueira and Abdennour (doubtful).

- RCD Espanyol: Arlauskas, Arbilla and Hernan Pereza (injured); Canas, Ciani, Dalmau, Galas, Marc Navarro, Paco Montanes, Rufo, Rober and Fuentes (not included).

Match Facts:

Valencia CF (14th, 25 pts):

-Gary Neville is eager to get the first win of his 'reign'. The Ches have not won in the Liga BBVA since November. The best way to get that first win would be in front of their home fans and against a misfiring Espanyol side also going through a rough patch.

-There are some notable similarities between the two clubs and, due to that, there is pressure on both sides to seal three points which would move them away from the relegation zone.

RCD Espanyol (17th, 22 pts):

-Having conceded eleven goals in their last two Liga BBVA matches, the Periquitos will be looking to improve their image with a revitalising win that would distance them from the drop zone.

-The team's current crisis of form and results leave them no option but to win, something that they have not managed since Matchday 16. The players this week gave their backing to head coach Constantin Galca, who arrived midway through the season to replace Sergio Gonzalez.

What's on in Valencia this weekend?

Don't leave Valencia without visiting one of Europe's largest markets, the Mercado Central, located inside a jewel of pre-modernist architecture, or enter one of the most emblematic examples of late Gothic architecture in Europe, the Lonja de la Seda(the Silk Exchange), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Do not miss out on the Iglesia de los Santos Juanes either, located next to these two buildings.
