The footballers who have played for the most clubs in LaLiga

Here we look at the players who have worn the most shirts of teams from LaLiga.

Carlos Aranda - 11 teams: The striker from Malaga, born as a footballer in the lower ranks of Real Madrid, team with which he played two games in the Champions League, is the player who has played for the most clubs in LaLiga, as he has joined up to eleven teams. Osasuna was the side who saw him playing longer. In Pamplona he came to play 49 games in Liga BBVA between 2009 and 2011. He also left his mark in Numancia where he played four seasons. He also played for Albacete, Villarreal, Sevilla, Murcia, Granada 74, Levante, Real Zaragoza, Granada and Las Palmas.

Rubén Castro - 8 teams: The striker played his first matches in the top flight with UD Las Palmas, where he stayed four seasons. In the following six seasons he went through the ranks of Albacete, RC Deportivo, Racing de Santander, Gimnastic, SD Huesca and Rayo Vallecano. Until finally he arrived at Real Betis, where for six years defends with his goals the Betis shirt.

Javier Arizmendi - 7 teams: The Madrid-born footballer began his career in the elite defending the colors of the Manzanares Club. After two seasons at Atlético, Arizmendi went to Santander where he played for a year. After that, he passed through A Coruña, Valencia, Zaragoza, Getafe and Mallorca. Finally he returned to RC Deportivo in 2013 where he won promotion to Liga BBVA with the Galicians.

Lluis Carreras - 7 teams: 16 years and seven teams in the Spanish professional football. Lluis Carreras has been one of the most prolific players of LaLiga. The Catalan footballer started playing for Barcelona B and then made the leap to the first team, but a year after his debut in Liga BBVA went to Real Oviedo and Racing Santander. He returned to Barcelona for a year and then headed to RCD Mallorca, where he left his mark for five seasons. Finally he played for Atlético de Madrid, Murcia and Alavés, where he hang up his boots.

Miquel Soler - 7 teams: The fullback from Girona began his career in LaLiga with Espanyol in the 1983/84 season. There he played for five seasons. Then he went on to defend the jersey of neighbor club, FC Barcelona. After his "Culé" stage, he played for Atlético de Madrid, Sevilla, Real Madrid, Real Zaragoza and RCD Mallorca, in that order. He said goodbye to the elite of football in the team from Baleares after winning the Copa Del Rey in 2003.

Castro Elzo - 7 teams: He was a Canary midfielder who played in LaLiga in the forties. He came to Liga BBVA with Real Zaragoza in 1940. After a year wearing the "Maña" shirt, he was transferred to Castellón, where he played for two seasons. Then he went through Valencia, Real Madrid, RC Deportivo, CD Málaga and Las Palmas. He retired after eleven years in professional football at Gran Canaria, the land where he was born.
