La Rosaleda plays host to this lively showdown which will gauge Malaga's determination, with the first round going to the Rojiblancos, the hosts having secured a 1-0 win.
- Guillermo Ochoa has taken over for the injured Carlos Kameni in locking down the Malaga goal, which, to date, is among the five best guarded in the championship, only having conceded 28 goals.
Real Sporting (19th, 24 pts):
- Sporting, having chalked up just one win in their last five outings, will be looking to repeat the winning strategy rolled out at the Mestalla, which bagged the visitors a 1-0 victory.
- Tonny Sanabria will be one of the Rojiblancos to watch. He's their top scorer with an impressive ten-goal haul. In no less than four of the five games the Paraguayan player has found the back of the net, the Asturians have also come away with the three points.
Don't leave Malaga without...visiting the Alcazaba palace. This fortress is one of the city's most popular tourist sights, combining history and tradition in equal parts. A visit offers the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful views across the city.
