Over 150 transfers have gone through in LaLiga Santander over the summer and every club was also scouting the market until the window came to a close in a bid to strengthen their squads for the 2019/20 season.
Joao Felix (Atletico Madrid), Eden Hazard (Real Madrid), Antoine Griezmann (FC Barcelona), Nabil Fekir (Real Betis), Matias Vargas (RCD Espanyol), Javi Ontiveros (Villarreal CF), Sandro Ramirez (R. Valladolid CF), Maxime Gonalons (Granada CF), Chimy Avila (CA Osasuna), Mikel Vesga (Athletic Club), Takashi Inui (SD Eibar) and Sergio Leon (Levante UD) are just some of the new faces that fans will be able to enjoy watching in LaLiga Santander.
Many fascinating deals got over the line on the final day of the window, with some big names coming back to LaLiga, such as Chicharito Hernandez. The Mexican has arrived in the Andalusian capital as part of Sevilla FC's ambitious project. Rafinha is back in Vigo to represent RC Celta, having previously played for the club in 2013/14. Nacho Monreal is another new arrival with experience of Spain's top flight, which he will look to put to good use for Real Sociedad.
The 2019/20 campaign will also give fans the chance to see many players in LaLiga Santander for the first time. During the final 24 hours of the window, Kenedy joined Getafe CF, Thierry Correia signed for Valencia CF, Lisandro Magallan moved to D. Alaves and Baba Rahman clinched a loan switch to RCD Mallorca, among others.
There have also been big changes between the sticks at several clubs, with a trio of loan deals going through on deadline day. Bono is now a Sevilla player, Fabri has joined Mallorca and Alphonse Areola has signed for Real Madrid.
