Levante´s brave beginning
The first minutes of Levante were very positive. With Rubi newcomer on the bench, the team was very focused on the field and had two clear chances to take the lead. Morales, in a one on one that saved Jaume, had the first great chance to unbalance the game. Roger, with a great shot, grazed the crossbar and came close to scoring for his team too.
Granota’s team well positioned
One of the hallmarks that Rubi left on his debut was the organization. All second plays went in favor of the visitors, an obvious sign of good positioning of the Orriols´ team, which allowed to make it harder for Valencia in the midfield and stepping over regularly the opponent's box.
Balance
Although the biggest danger was created by the Granota side, balance and strength were a constant throughout the Valencia´s derby. Fight and courage, two values that were not lacking in both sets for the 90 minutes of the clash.
Paco Alcácer
The striker from Torrent has goals in his veins and he showed it from the penalty spot. Adds three goals in Liga BBVA and is becoming one of the most valuable players in Nuno Espirito Santo´s team.
