Team News:

-R. Sporting: Bernardo, Dani Ndi (both injured) and Sergio Alvarez (suspended).

-RCD Espanyol: Anaitz Arbilla, Giedrius Arlauskis, Jose Cañas, Mamadou (all injured); Felipe Caicedo (suspended).

Match Facts:

R. Sporting (17th, 24 pts):

- In their last game, Abelardo Fernandez's side picked up a point against Real Betis, which whilst not doing much to ease their relegation fears, did at least help them to get over the 3-1 home defeat to FC Barcelona.

- The hosts will be going all out to send their supporters away happy by claiming the three points in this one. At the Molinon, Sporting have four draws, five defeats and three wins to their name.

- Some good news for the Sporting camp is Tonny Sanabria's inclusion in the squad list. The 20-goal Paraguayan forward is the Asturians' top scorerr and is key to their hopes.

RCD Espanyol (16th, 25 pts):

-Constantin Galca's side come into the game having ended their three-game losing run with victory over RC Deportivo in their last game, courtesy of a fine Marco Asensio strike.

- The Catalan outfit are keen to oversee an improvement in their away form after having only collected maximum points on two occasions on the road this term. The two away triumphs came against Real Sociedad and Real Betis on Matchdays 4 and 8 respectively.

- Despite top scorer Felipe Caicedo being ruled out through suspension, Asensio is in fine form after having opened his account for the Barcelona club and there are high hopes that he'll give the fans plenty more to smile about.

What's on in Gijon this weekend?

You can't leave the city without a visit to its aquarium. Looking out onto the Cantabria Sea, the Gijon Aquarium is home to a sea of interesting colours and shapes and no shortage of animal life. Inside the centre you'll find a souvenir and gifts shop and a cafe/restaurant with its daily lunch menu and some stunning views from its terrace. Both the shop and the cafe are open to members of the public.
