Sergi Enrich named LaLiga Santander Player of the Month for February

Sergi Enrich has captured the LaLiga Santander Player of the Month gong for February following a string of stellar displays for SD Eibar during a month when the striker was instrumental for the team coached by Jose Luis Mendilibar.

The 27-year-old forward is one of the form players in LaLiga Santander at present and his goals have played a key role in Eibar's fantastic season to date. Indeed, he is the club's leading scorer this term and he netted four times in his five league appearances in February, including notably in all three of his side's wins over the course of the month.

This accolade – which is awarded by Santander, the competition's main sponsor, and voted for by the LaLiga.es writers – was presented by Mr Iker Andicoechea Larragan, the bank's director for Alava and Gipuzkoa.
