RC Celta's charm captivates LALIGA EXPERIENCE guests

LALIGA EXPERIENCE kicked off its 2024/25 season in Vigo, a magical city in the province of Pontevedra (Galicia), with a match between RC Celta and Real Madrid, which was exciting until the last second. NOVA Sports Greece with the presenter of the channel Nikos Tzouannis and a winner of the broadcaster; Spíler TV  Hungary with Papp Szabolcs and a correspondent of the channel; ESPN Argentina with Gero ‘Momo’, accompanied by a producer of the channel and the correspondent De Micheli and SSport Turkey with Murat Fevzi and Orkun Çolakglu, experienced the passion of the Celtic team and its customs.

 

It was an exciting four days from the moment the guests landed at the Galician airport. The ‘graduates’ of this edition told their fans how RC Celta trains in Afouteza; they shared time with the players Douvikas, Mingueza, Marcos Alonso and Hugo Sotelo, among others; they toured the streets of Vigo and tasted its wonderful gastronomy and immersed themselves in the local culture. As if that wasn't enough excitement, they also put on their shorts to train with the team's academy at A Madroa and challenged themselves with the players, as Celtas.

The highlight of the experience was the match against Real Madrid. The guests became luxury spectators at the arrival of both teams to the ABANCA Balaídos Stadium, enjoyed the warm-up on the pitch and experienced the anthem that the whole planet falls in love with, ‘Oliveira dos Cen Anos’.

In addition, ‘Momo’ received the MVP award given by LALIGA EXPERIENCE in each chapter, for being the best of the tests carried out in the city, from the hand of a key figure in the Vigo club - former goalkeeper Sergio Álvarez. The match ended with a victory for the visiting team, after Vini Jr's goal broke RC Celta's equaliser by Williot Swedberg.
