With a great atmosphere in the stands, FC Köln faced Valencia CF in the second game of the Spanish team in the Cologne Cup event enclosed within the LFP World Challenge Tour.
The match was a real show with up to five goals to enjoy (3-2), although this didn’t serve to see the che side winning in German lands.
The match began with alternative dominance for the two sides and the home team was the first to hit a goal with a low shot by Hosiner. Soon after that Vogt’s goal took some land in between the sides. Nuno´s men fit well the coup and reacted quickly thanks to a goal by Javi Fuego.
In the second half, Jojic hurried to score the 3-1 on the scoreboard, but the madrileño striker Alvaro Negredo reduced distances. In the final minutes, Paco Alcacer had a great chance to change the sign of the game, but the final result (3-2) no longer move, in what would be the Valencia’s farewell of the LFP World Challenge Tour held in Germany.
