With regard to the electoral process that is underway at the organisation, LaLiga considers it necessary to clarify that: 

On 21 September, the date on which the former president of this institution submitted his resignation, electoral proceedings were duly initiated. As part of this ongoing process, which is being scrupulously carried out in accordance with all of the relevant statutory and regulatory time frames, requirements and procedures, all of the LaLiga bodies concerned, and particularly the Electoral Commission established on 23 September, are working to ensure strict compliance with the corresponding rules and regulations. 

Any assertion or claim running counter to the above is entirely lacking in foundation and does not correspond to the facts of the matter.
