Meeting on Management Control Authority of Audiovisual Rights on December 3, 2015, it has adopted the following resolutions regarding the commercialization of rights to exploit audiovisual content of the National League Championship of First and Second Division and the Copa Del Rey for the 2016-2017 to 2018-2019 seasons:
- As prove the be the best offer received and pursuant to paragraph 6.4 of the Terms, was proceed to award the Lot 8 (dedicated channel for bars and public places) to the ORANGE-VODAFONE joint venture in the amount of 300 million euros for the next three seasons, amount which will be increased by a variable amount up to 30 million euros.
- Lots 7, 9 and 10 will be commercialized directly by LaLiga in non-exclusive basis, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms.
- LaLiga convenes a new round of bidding for the free-to-air 1, 2, 3 and 4 Lots among the candidates who have previously submitted a bid for the mentioned lots.
