Under the rules of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol, la Liga de Fútbol Profesional will every Tuesday send a letter denouncing the shouting of chants that incite violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport to the Professional Competition Committee, given that such actions are contrary to the judicial regimen put forward in the RFEF's. Disciplinary Code. This letter of denouncement will be sent each Thursday to the Antiviolence Commission.
We also underline that the LFP has set up a mailbox to which fans attending matches can send their complaints, suggests or requests with the purpose of contributing to the fight against violence in stadiums. The email address is: viveelfutbol@laliga.es

During different stages of the game there was profane shouting heard coming from a group of home supports identifiable by different symbols associated with the club (scarves, shirts, flags and banners), which emanated exclusively from the North Lower Stand behind the goal “Banco de Pista Norte”, where the group known as BIRIS NORTE are known to be found, as various identifiable symbols of said group point to, as outlined in the report accompanying this document: 1) During the minutes preceding the match, there was chanting made in reference to Fútbol Club Barcelona and using the same melody as said club’s anthem, “BARÇA, BARÇA, MIERDA!”. The songs were carried out in a choral form, and coordinated exclusively by the aforementioned group, without being taken up by the rest of the spectators present in the stadium, whose behaviour was completely correct during the entire game. This chanting was repeated in the 13th and 30th minutes by the same group in the same way described above. 2) Just before the half time break there was chanting made in reference to FC Barcelona and Real Madrid CF “ESTAMOS HASTA LA POLLA DEL BARÇA Y DEL MADRID”. The songs were carried out in a choral form, and coordinated exclusively by the aforementioned group, without being taken up by the rest of the spectators present in the stadium, whose behaviour was completely correct during the entire game. This chant was repeated again once the match got restarted in the 20th and 67th minutes by the same group in the same way described above. 3) In the 81st minute and, following a foul called by the referee on FC Barcelona’s no. 10, Lionel Messi, the following chant was heard from the same section of the stadium “PÍSALO, PÍSALO, PÍSALO; PÍSALO, PÍSALO, PÍSALO; PÍSALO, PÍSALO, PÍSALO; PÍSALO, PÍSALO!”, in reference to the aforementioned player. The chant was carried out in a choral form, and coordinated exclusively by the aforementioned group It must be mentioned that the rest of the spectators present in the stadium behaved completely correct throughout the game, and the incidence described above only emanated from a certain section of the North Lower Stand behind the goal “Banco de Pista Norte” where the group known as BIRIS NORTE are known to be found. In terms of the preventative measures Seville FC, SAD have enacted against violence, it is worth mentioning the following: (i) in the gates leading into the stadium there are various posters reminding fans of some of the preventative measures against violence; (ii) the creation of the “CORDIALITY” project in order to promote tolerance in football appears on the club’s official website. That word is displayed on various entrance points to the stands; (iii) there has been an increased security and police presence in the area occupied by the BIRIS NORTE, thereby increasing the security presence in the lower stand north of the goal in a planned and orchestrated fashion, placing four lines of members of the security team inside the stand. |

Following a refereeing decision to send off one of the home team’s players in the 18th minute, a group of approximately 400 supporters of the home team, identifiable by different symbolises belonging to the club (scarves, shirts, flags and banners), located in the stadium’s GOL SUR stand and known as “INDAR GORRI” spontaneously started to chant “HIJO DE PUTA, ERES UN HIJO DE PUTA, HIJO DE PUTA, ERES UN HIJO DE PUTA”, in reference to the match official. While the chant began in the aforementioned section, it was gradually taken up by other spectators in different sections of the ground, and was eventually sung by a large number of fans in the stadium. The chant was carried out in a choral, coordinated and repeated fashion. In terms of the preventative measures against violence undertaken by the Club, it is worth mentioning the following: (i) In the minutes before the game started, a message was transmitted over the speaker system welcoming the fans from the visiting side and asking for the respect to be shown towards the existing rules concerning sporting events; (ii) there were a lot of security measures carried out in the entrances to the stadium, body searches to prevent any unauthorised banners or slogans or other potentially dangerous objects from getting into the ground. |
