Denuncias
MAR 24.02.2015
Under the rules of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol, la Liga de Fútbol Profesional will every Tuesday send a letter denouncing the shouting of chants that incite violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport to the Professional Competition Committee, given that such actions are contrary to the judicial regimen put forward in the RFEF’s Disciplinary Code. This letter of denouncement will be sent each Thursday to the Antiviolence Commission.
We also underline that the LFP has set up a mailbox to which fans attending matches can send their complaints, suggests or requests with the purpose of contributing to the fight against violence in stadiums. The email address is: viveelfutbol@laliga.es

- The shouting of chants in the stadium, during minute 83 of the games as the home side’s player Rubén Castro was leaving the field after being substituted from the home side’s south stand where the fan group known as "SUPPORTERS GOL SUR" and sung by an undetermined but relevant number of the 1000 fans located in the aforementioned part of the stadium, to the effects of: "RUBÉN CASTRO ALÉ, RUBÉN CASTRO ALÉ, NO FUE TU CULPA, ERA UNA PUTA, LO HICISTE BIEN", in reference to the open judicial charges regarding domestic violence against the player. The song was sung in a repetitive, choral and coordinated manner by the group previously referred to. Said song coincides with one sung by the same group of spectators in the minutes leading up to the Campeonato Nacional de Liga Adelante matchday 24 fixture that saw Real Betis Balompié, SAD take on Sociedad Deportiva Ponferradina, SAD on 8 February 2015. It must be said that since matchday 24, Real Betis Balompié, SAD have started an initiative that consists of preventing fans from entering the stadium with scarves that include slogans that incite violence, xenophobia, racism or are against respect in football. These scarves are exchanged for ones that do not possess such offensive slogans. As such, both via social media and their official website, the club sent out messages appealing for the eradication of offensive messages at football grounds via the slogan put forward by the LFP "Afición+Respeto=Vive el fútbol". These actions were accompanied by the pertinent message on the big screens inside the stadium, via the loudspeaker five minutes before the start of the game.
