NWFL – LaLiga: Show your other side challenge

Over the weekend, Laliga in partnership with Nigeria Women Football League NWFL organized 'Show your other side challenge" as part of LaLiga's efforts to promote Women Football Nigeria .

The event was held at the Elegbata Sports Complex in Lagos on Sunday, May 16th, had dignitaries such as the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President Amaju Pinnick, General Consul Spanish Consulate, Juan Antonio Moreda Otero, ex Nigerian midfielder and LaLiga Ambassador, Mutiu Adepoju, LaLiga Delegate to Nigeria and Ghana , Desmond Chiji attendance, LaLiga Project and Communication Coordinator. The media also took part in the event and the media present included the Guardian, Sporting Life, Sporting Tribune, Silverbird, making of champions, the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) etc.

The event show cased  challenges that included individual skills of the women footballers  and they also took part in an All star game. There were also activities for kids to get involved. It was a day where the fans had the opportunity to get to know the Nigerian Women Footballers and interacting with them.

Chairperson of NWFL , Aisha Falode thanked LaLiga for their strategic partnership in building the blocks of making the Nigerian Women Football League strong and a force in Women Football League in the world.
