The legendary San Siro Stadium is ready for this Saturday's big game which kicks off at 20:45 CET. Zinedine Zidane's charges, whose form improved as the season progressed, go into the game intent on adding another chapter to their club's history books by lifting an 11th Champions League title. They face a brave and battle-hardened team who will be looking to avenge their defeat to Madrid in the 2014 final. Diego Pablo Simeone's players want to redeem themselves and add a first ever Champions League to the club's trophy cabinet.
"We’re ready. That's the word. Ready to play," revealed the Real Madrid boss, who also analysed the importance of a match of these characteristics. "Firstly, we must defend well, especially when we don't have the ball. We have plenty of attacking options to get the job done well. However, we have to run, run, run and run," he explained. Real Madrid knocked out AS Roma, VfL Wolfsburg and Manchester City en route to the final in Milan.

One of the big names in this final is, without a doubt, one Fernando Torres, who will take to the pitch with his boyhood club. "This is the most important game of my life. Being able to play in a Champions League final for a club that I've supported since I was five years old is special," said the Rojiblancos centre-forward. Atletico will be looking to cap their impressive season in the Champions League, which included wins over PSV Eindhoven, FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich, by lifting Ol Big Ears.
