Miguel Cardenal was present at this Wednesday's meeting of LaLiga's Delegate Commission, held at the LaLiga headquarters in Madrid. LaLiga president Javier Tebas and the members of the committee invited the president of the High Council for Sport (CSD) to attend this session to commemorate the first anniversary of the approval of the Royal Decree-Law on the centralised sale of audiovisual rights.
On the subject of the Royal Decree-Law, Cardenal had earlier highlighted "the effort made to carry out such a sweeping structural and strategic reform to improve the health of Spanish football" during the presentation of the 2015 Professional Football Financial Report on Wednesday morning.
The Delegate Commission, LaLiga's governance and administrative body tasked with setting up other specific working groups, is made up of representatives from six Liga BBVA clubs (Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla FC, Real Sociedad, Levante UD and Rayo Vallecano) and a further six from the Liga Adelante (D. Alaves, SD Ponferradina, CD Mirandes, R. Valladolid CF, AD Alcorcon and UD Almeria).
