Memphis Depay, Best LALIGA EA SPORTS Goal in August

Memphis Depay's goal against Granada CF in Matchday 1 of the competiton has been chosen as LALIGA EA SPORTS's Best Goal of the Month for August. The forward came off the bench to score a beautiful goal from outside the box which allowed his team to go ahead 2-1 after Granada equalised the match.

The striker couldn't have got off to a better start of the season with a goal that was completely impossible for André Ferreira to stop, and was key for his team's victory and his own personal gain of MVP of the Match.

Atletit's nummber '9' is the fist winner of this season's Goal of the Month, obtaining more votes than Alexander Sørloth (Villarreal CF) and Rafa Mir (Sevilla FC).
