Martin Braithwaite named LALIGA HYPERMOTION Player of the Month for February

Los Pericos rounded off a fine February to finish the month on 47 points in LALIGA HYPERMOTION, leaving them just three points shy of the leaders and still on course for promotion to LALIGA EA SPORTS.

Their forward Martin Braithwaite has been named the LALIGA HYPERMOTION Player of the Month for February. The Dane fired in five goals in Espanyol’s three wins over the course of the month, at home to Levante UD (2-1) and CD Mirandes (3-0) and away to SD Eibar (3-2). In the latter match, they staged a historic comeback against one of their direct rivals. Braithwaite is not only the top scorer for RCD Español, but also caps the LALIGA HYPERMOTION goalscoring standings with a total haul of 17.

Braithwaite’s fine form in front of goal earns him his first LALIGA HYPERMOTION Player of the Month trophy. The Blanquiazul striker topped the voting ahead of Jose Fontan (FC Cartagena) and Jon Bautista (SD Eibar).
