Team News:
- R. Sporting: Bernardo, Dani Ndi and Tonny Sanabria (all injured).
- FC Barcelona: Rafinha (injured).

Match Facts:

R. Sporting (16th, 23 pts):
- Sporting come into the game having taken something from each of their last four fixtures. Abelardo's men have put together a run which has seen the Asturian outfit collect eight points from the last 12, five of which have come at the Molinon.

- For the second home game running, the hosts will be without their Paraguayan hitman, Tonny Sanabria. Sporting's top scorer has a knock and won't be risked against the Catalans. On a more positive note, Alen Halilovic's strike against Rayo Vallecano saw the on-loan Barcelona midfielder get back on the goal trail.

FC Barcelona (1st, 57 pts):
-The MSN will be looking to carry their devastating form from the weekend into Wednesday night's clash. So far this season the only side who have managed to prevent Luis Enrique's side from scoring on their own patch are RCD Espanyol, in a goalless stalemate at the RCDE Stadium. In each of Barcelona's other away assignments, either Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez or Neymar have succeeded in getting their names on the score sheet. From Barcelona's first half of the season fixtures, the Molinon is the only away ground the Catalan giants are yet to visit, and the MSN will be going all out to leave their mark.

- Luis Enrique returns to the Molinon having clinched the 30-game unbeaten record last time out. The Asturian will be bidding to make it 31 not out upon his home-coming.

What's on in Gijon on Wednesday?
Why not make the most of the early kick-off time and head into Gijon at the end of the game for something to eat? You'll be sure to find somewhere to have a nice meal in which Cachopo (breaded beef fillet filled with cheese and cured ham), Pastel de Cabracho (Scorpionfish pate) and the local ciders all come strongly recommended.
