We saw some fantastic individual performances in the last round of LaLiga Santander matches, and now it's time to look back at who has earned their place in the LaLiga Fantasy MARCA Best XI from Matchday 13.
Following their historic 3-0 victory over Real Madrid, SD Eibar unsurprisingly feature more than any other club in this XI, contributing three players. However, the Player of the Matchday is Villarreal CF's Santi Cazorla, who provided two assists in his team's 2-1 victory over R. Betis. The overall tally for this XI is an impressive 143 points.
Sevilla FC's Tomas Vaclik is once again the chosen goalkeeper in this XI. The 29-year-old kept a clean sheet in Sevilla's 1-0 win over R. Valladolid CF and pulled off several impressive saves, which saw him score 12 points.
The highest-scoring defender in this XI is Eibar's Marc Cucurella thanks to a stellar showing for his side, in which he was involved in all three of his Eibar's goals. The other two members of this back three are his team mate Ivan Ramis and CD Leganes's Jonathan Silva, who earned 11 and 12 points respectively.
The star of this midfield is undisputedly Santi Cazorla, the Player of the Matchday. Alongside him is Sevilla's Pablo Sarabia who claimed 12 points after putting in a great performance against R. Valladolid, as well as Eibar's Gonzalo Escalante, who earned 14 points, and Real Sociedad's David Zurutuza, who scored 13 points, the latter two of which sealed their places in this XI in part thanks to their goalscoring exploits for their clubs.
The standout performer in this attacking front three is Santi Mina, who netted twice for Valencia CF against Rayo Vallecano to earn him 15 points. He is joined by team mate Rodrigo Moreno, who provided two assists and claimed 14 points, and Girona FC's Cristhian Stuani, who now tops the LaLiga Santander scoring charts after claiming a brace this matchday and racked up 12 points.
