Isaac Becerra’s 2014/15 season in the Liga Adelante with Girona FC

• Once more the goalkeeper from Badalona was the main man in goal for the side from Montilivi. Becerra was the only goalkeeper that didn’t miss a minute of the 42 matches in the 2014/15 season. In total, the ‘keeper played 3,780 minutes with Pablo Machin’s side.

• Security was his biggest weapon during the whole season. Thanks to him, Girona were the team that conceded the second fewest goals in the whole division with 35 goals conceded, at an average of 0.83 goals a game. Only  Iván Cuéllar, who played six fewer games, had a better average in goal with 0.58 goals conceded a game.

• Isaac Becerra earned his status an untouchable game after game, so much so that he kept 21 clean sheets and made 116 saves throughout the season. Cuéllar (Sporting) and René Román (UE Llagostera), two of the least beaten goalkeepers throughout the season, could only keep 16 clean sheets each.
