Iñaki Williams suffers from a muscular injury

Bad news for Athletic Club. Through their website the Basque squad has informed that the forward Iñaki Williams has suffered a “grade II injury in the hamstring muscles of his right leg”.

The Bilbao squad’s striker suffered this injury during the pre-season friendly match against Club Tijuana, which was played last Sunday in Boise (United States). Williams began the game as a starter but after 55 minutes he had to leave the pitch due to severe pain in his right leg.

According to the red and white team, the young forward will begin the rehabilitation process and his sick leave will depend on his evolution along the following days.
