SÁB 09.04.2016
Team News:
- Villarreal CF: Daniele Bonera and Mateo Musacchio (both injured), Jonathan dos Santos (doubtful).
- Getafe CF: Emiliano Velazquez (injured), Santiago Vergini (suspended), Henok Goitom (doubtful).
Match Facts:
Villarreal (4th, 57 pts):
- Following their 2-1 Europa League victory over Sparta Prague, Villarreal will be out to give their fans yet more to cheer about in the shape of another win, this time in the Liga BBVA.
- Villarreal are also in pretty good nick domestically. They clawed back a 2-0 deficit to draw with FC Barcelona at El Madrigal a couple of matchdays ago, before beating SD Eibar 2-1 at Ipurua last time round.
Getafe (19th, 28 pts):
- Fran Escriba's side lost again last matchday, succumbing 2-0 to Rayo Vallecano and dropping to 19th in the table. The clash with Villarreal provides a fresh chance for them to turn the tide.
- Influential defender Velazquez will sit out another game because of injury. He has been missed not just defensively, but also as an attacking threat from set pieces. Another regular member of the backline, Vergini, is out through suspension.
