Nuno's side will be looking to continue their positive streak against a Madrid club who are in need of a win.

Liga BBVA matchday four ends with Getafe CF-Valencia CF. The two teams are in very different situations. The home side have scored two goals in three matches and are currently in sixteenth place with three points. On the other hand, the Valencians, should they win, will move into second position level on points with Sevilla FC.

Team news

Cosmin Contra will have to make do without Míchel Herrero, on loan; Mehdi Lacen, who is injured; Jordi Codina, for technical reasons, and Karim Yoda, as he still lacks the necessary documentation to play.

Nuno Espírito Santo is leaving five players in Valencia, João Pereira, Robert Ibáñez and Bruno Zuculini, due to a technical decision; academy player Jaume Domenech, as he played for the reserves at the weekend, and Álvaro Negredo, who is still recovering from an injury.

Views from the dugout

"Valencia have changed quite a lot, because they have turned things around and changed a lot of players. Now they are more dynamic, from the midfield forward their quality is impressive. We're going to try and stick together and leave no spaces for them to feel comfortable", revealed the Azulones' coach.

For his part, Valencia's Portuguese coach declared that he does not consider his team the favourite: "Playing at the ground of a team that is in need of a victory, being favourites does not help us at all; we have to go there and do our bit, play a good match and be competitive".

Predictions from Sportium.es, the official La Liga bookmakers

Will the streak come to an end or will they share the spoils? The online betting provides you with helpful statistics.

In the last six matches between Getafe and Valencia, the latter have scored the first goal. If Valencia open the scoring €1.70 will be won per euro bet.

On the other hand, since 2008 there have been no draws between the two sides, and if they share the spoils on Monday, the odds are 3.40.
