CD Lugo -  R. Racing C (6 pm CET, Ángel Carro Stadium)

CD Lugo and R. Racing C feature in a clash between two sides on a poor run of results. One win, two draws and two defeats for the two teams in the last five fixtures in the competition mean that claiming the three points becomes more important than ever. Defender Samuel Fernández will be unavailable for the Verdiblancos through suspension on their trip to Galicia.

Paco Fernández, the Racing manager, has a fully fit squad, so choosing his starting eleven will be a difficult task. Defender Samuel and academy product David Concha will be unavailable for the visitors for this game.

RC Recreativo - Albacete B. (6.15 CET, Nuevo Colombino Stadium)

Albacete, who are bottom of the Liga Adelante, will visit RC Recreativo on matchday 13 of the Liga Adelante aiming continue their good form in the competition. The team from La Mancha claimed the three points in their most recent fixture in the league (1-0 against CD Leganés) and will want to do the same at the Decanos’ ground. The Huelva side, meanwhile, are better placed in the table with 17 points, but are on a run of four games without a win, so they will be looking to redeem themselves in front of their fans.

Ángel Montoro and Javi Cabrera will be unavailable in José Luis Oltra’s squad and the manager said that the game is a must-win: “A victory would really help our self-belief”. Meanwhile, Luis César Sampedro, the Albacete manager, showed confidence going forward in the competition when he said: “The aim is to gradually accumulate points to climb up from the bottom. In the second third of the Liga, everything is going to be much better. We have room for improvement”.

UE Llagostera – CD Tenerife (7 pm CET, Nou Municipal de Palamós Stadium)

UE Llagostera will put Álvaro Cervera’s high-flying CD Tenerife to the test in the Liga Adelante.  The Catalan side, who are not enjoying their best form in the competition, need to start earning points to climb out of the danger zone, and to do so they will rely on the support of their fans.

The home side’s manager, Luis Carrillo, is aware of the situation of his players and said in a press conference that his team will go out all guns blazing: “This game has to be a turning point that allows us to get back on track”. Álvaro Cervera, the Tenerife manager, praised his opposition and said that their clash with the Catalan side will be a difficult game.

R. Zaragoza – R. Betis (8 pm CET, La Romareda Stadium)

Matchday 13 of the Liga Adelante will come to a close with an important encounter between R. Zaragoza and R. Betis, two teams craving promotion to the Liga BBVA at the end of the season who are currently in the top part of the table. Víctor Muñoz’s experience against Julio Velázquez’s youth is the big attraction of the clash at La Romareda.

In a press conference, the home side’s manager, Victor Muñoz, said that his team must regain its consistency in the competition after two defeats on the trot. Julio Velázquez, meanwhile, was cautious in relation to his next opponents, in spite of recent results: “Despite the results, they have been performing well, but we are winning, on the rise, and we know we can compete and win”.
