- Stevan Jovetic made his senior debut for FK Partizan on 8 April 2006 at the age of 16.
- The attacker netted the first hat-trick of his senior career at 17, sparking interest from many top European clubs.
- The Montenegrin became FK Partizan's youngest ever captain when he was 18 years old.
- Soon after signing for ACF Fiorentina, Jovetic was christened with the nickname Jo-Jo, which has stuck with him at every club he has played for since.
- Jovetic's generous decision to settle the bill for countryman Milivoje Raicevic's knee surgery in 2015 received international recognition, given the player's club was not in a financial position to pay for the treatment.
