Nolito (RC Celta)

The 10-goal hitman is a key figure in Eduardo Berizzo's side. He is the Galicians' top scorer and is recognised as the Vigo outfit's most clinical finisher. This past matchday, the Andalusian striker demonstrated all of his goalscoring prowess in salvaging a point for his side against RC Deportivo. Following a two-month spell on the sidelines through injury, Nolito is proving that he hasn't lost an ounce of his tremendous ability.

Rulli (Real Sociedad)

The Real Sociedad goalkeeper will be a key figure in the game at Anoeta against Barcelona. His ability to keep out one of the most feared attacking tridents in the Liga BBVA: Neymar, Suarez and Messi, will be vital if the Basques are to foil the Catalans once again. Rulli played a major role in keeping out Sevilla when Real Sociedad ended their winning streak at the Sanchez Pizjuan with a 2-1 triumph last weekend.

Diop (RCD Espanyol)

The Periquitos midfielder has shown himself to be a potent force in the air in recent weeks. He is a player whose performances improve as the season goes on and this term he has added goals to his game. Diop has got his name on the scoresheet in his side's last two outings, against Athletic Club and Malaga CF, with both of these goals coming with his head. The ex-Levante UD man has modified his playing style to become more of a threat in the final third.

Diego Alves (Valencia CF)

The Brazilian shotstopper offers a safe pairs of hands in the Valencia goal. The custodian made his return to action in mid-February after having missed the majority of the season through injury. His vast experience and the confidence he instills in the side make him a big asset. Last season he was one of the key men for Los Che and this time round he is once again proving his worth.

Henok Goitom (Getafe CF)

The Eritrean forward made his Getafe bow last weekend against Rayo Vallecano, and despite ending up on the losing side, he gave a good account of himself. In the thirty-odd minutes he was handed by Fran Escriba he demonstrated battling qualities and brought a goal threat to the Azulones forward line. His experience and the speed with which he has settled make him an exciting signing for Getafe.
