EPFL gathers CSR Committee in Bad Ragaz

Chaired by Tom Bender, President of the Bundesliga Foundation, the EPFL Social Responsibility Committee met in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland, on the 2nd and 3rd of October 2013, for its first meeting of the 2013/2014 Season.  On the occasion, the EPFL Leagues participated actively into the annual international forum organised by the Liechtenstein based organisation 'Football is More'.

Addressing an audience of CSR experts coming from many corners of the globe, the EPFL and its Member Leagues, represented on the occasion by Kurt Gaugler (Executive Board Member of the Bundesliga Foundation), Olga de la Fuente (Manager of the Spanish Fundación la Liga), and Siobhan Atkinson (Community Development Executive of the English Premier League), had the chance to present their latest projects and initiatives to further promote the social role sport plays in society and ensuring that the Leagues and their affiliated clubs continue to be acclaimed as best practice providers of football, community and social development programmes.
