Diego Alves out for 10 days

Valencia CF’s Brazilian goalkeeper Diego Alves will be out for 10 days thanks to a "muscle lengthening in his right hamstring", according to the club’s medical department.

Alves was injured in his side’s 0-1 win away to Getafe CF in the 12th round of Liga, and had to be replaced by Victor Guaita within the first quarter of an hour.

The South American joins midfielder Andrés Guardado and fullback João Pereira, who also have muscle problems, on the sidelines for Miroslav Djukić’s side.
