Elche CF - Cordoba CF

The leaders open Liga Adelante matchday 18 looking to stay on top of the table before the Christmas break. Oltra's team visits Elche. The Alicantinos return home after winning last time out, and they want a victory that allows them to end the year close to the promotion positions.

RCD Mallorca - Girona FC

Mallorca and Girona, level on points with the same number of wins, draws and defeats, four, six and seven respectively, will close the year at the Iberostar Stadium. A victory will allow the winners to finish 2015 away from the relegation places.

SD Ponferradina - D. Alavés

Ponferradina are unbeaten on home turf. They have six wins and two draws in the Tolarín Stadium, where Alavés will look for three points to stay in the promotion places. Bordalás' team have won their last two outings and are looking to close out the year with a hat-trick of victories.

Nastic - R. Zaragoza

Just one point stands between the Catalans and the Aragoneses in the table. A win would leave one of the two teams in the promotion playoff positions. Nastic is unbeaten at home for the past two months, while Zaragoza is struggling to win away from La Romareda, where Popovic's team have secured five draws, one win and two defeats.

CD Numancia - At. Osasuna

The Navarrans visit Soria hoping to break a poor run of form which has earned them only one point from a possible nine. Numancia are in similar form, having collected only two of the last nine points.

R. Valladolid - CD Tenerife

Pep Marti's arrival at Tenerife has inspired them to an unbeaten six-match run in the Liga Adelante, with three wins and three draws. Now, from the thirteenth position in the standings, they visit Valladolid, where the home team has taken nothing from their last two games in front of their own fans.

AD Alcorcón - Albacete B.

Santo Domingo is the "Alfareros" territory. They have secured four wins, three draws and suffered only defeat to take 15 of the 25 points that López Muñiz's team have won so far. Albacete are one point above the relegation zone and needs points to start 2016 out of the danger zone.

SD Huesca - CD Leganés

Juan Antonio Anquela seeks his second consecutive victory with SD Huesca to keep them moving away from the relegation zone in 2016. They take on a Leganes side, who are near the top of the table, and with three wins in their last three games.

UE Llagostera - CD Mirandés

UE Llagostera has a chance to get out of the relegation zone before the end of the year and in front of their home crowd. The Catalan team has won the last two games at home and seeks a third win. Mirandés, placed in mid-table, are looking for their second straight victory and three points to move closer to the playoffs.

Bilbao Athletic - CD Lugo

Los "Cachorros" will play their last game of the year in San Mamés, where they have secured 12 of the 14 points they have so far. They will face Lugo, who have scored in the last seven games and who are looking to finish the year in playoffs positions.
