Atletico and Valencia get through to the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey

Zahibo opened the score for Gary Neville’s men in the first half whereas Paco Alcacer and Piati, the second from a penalty kick, sealed the victory.

Atletico de Madrid 3-0 Rayo Vallecano

The Madrid derby finished with a victory for the home side after a laborious game against Rayo, who never gave up their chances. Correa scored first for Simeone’s men with an outstanding strike inside the box and Griezmann ended any hope for the away side with an overhead kick to a corner cross to later seal the victory with the third goal for his team.
