Antoine Griezmann's 2014/15 season in Liga BBVA with Atlético Madrid

• The Frenchman has now completed his first season in Rojiblanco, having arrived from Real Sociedad, and he has passed with flying colours. Griezmann has been key for Diego Simeone up top, scoring 22 of the sides 67 goals this season, beating his previous best tally for a single campaign by six goals.

• Of the 38 matchdays that make up the Liga BBVA season, the Frenchman started 29 and came off the bench eight times, meaning he took part in 37 games altogether.

• Given it was his first season in Madrid, he has adapted himself well to the dynamic of the side, gaining great results. Thanks to this adaptation he was named the BBVA player of the month in January and April, and was in the Liga BBVA team of the month for January, February and April.
