SD Ponferradina - CE Sabadell (4pm CET)

Matchday 26 will see the lowest placed team in the Liga Adelante visit one of the teams with the highest hopes for the season. However, Sabadell’s coach Juan Carlos Mandiá has clear views of the game: "We can do damage to Ponferradina". The El Bierzo side will have Samuel Camille back for the game, replacing Jonathan Ruiz who is injured.

CD Lugo - RC Recreativo (4pm CET)

The main aim of the Andalusian side will be to get their confidence back and begin to climb the table. Juan Manuel Pavón, the RC Recreativo coach talked about all of this before the game "This is more than a game against Lugo, and I can only think about winning the game".

Recreativo, Sabadell and Albacete will try to get victories to take them out of the danger zone.

The opponents are a Galician side who have only taken one win from the last ten games and who need three points to stop themselves dropping further. "This game is extremely important", acknowledged Carlos Pita, the captain and one of the team's pillars.

R. Sporting - CD Mirandés (5pm CET)

The fourth and tenth placed teams face one another this weekend with a shared aim: winning. Sporting want to continue to beat rivals and Mirandés aim to become the second side to beat Sporting this season.

The main absentee from the game will be the Sporting goalkeeper Iván Cuéllar. Mirandés will be without their captain César Caneda as well as Igor Martínez.

UE Llagostera - FC Barcelona B (5pm CET)

Matchday 26 of the Liga Adelante offers up a Catalan derby. Llagostera and Barcelona B face one another in Palamós, a duel between two direct rivals where the three points will be vital in order to stay above the opponents.

Injuries will play a key role. The coach Lluis Carrillo will be without Jorge García, Tarradellas, Valho and Pedro Alcalá, all due to injury, as well as Juanjo Expósito, who is banned due to yellow cards. It is the same with the Barcelona B squad with Adama Traoré. Additionally, Alen Halilović, Kaptoum, Lucas Gafarot and Jean-Marie Dongou will also miss the game due to injury.

Dep. Alavés - R. Zaragoza (6.15pm CET)

Injuries will also deplete the Alavés squad on the day they host Zaragoza. Up to six of their players will miss the game against the Aragonese side who have only lost once against Alavés in the Liga Adelante. Javi Álamo will be unavailable for the game.

The former Zaragoza player Víctor Laguardia praised the opponents in the build up to the game: "The team have improved a lot and are very dangerous now". At the Aragonese side, the coach Ranko Popović insisted that he has does not want to think beyond the next game: "We do not need to overthink things, we should just go out and play our football and think about winning".

CD Tenerife - R. Valladolid CF (7pm CET)

The game between CD Tenerife and R. Valladolid provides the contrasts. Each side is in a different half of the table, and both. Tenerife will be hoping to change their run of form and Valladolid will aim to take the top spot.

Mirandés, Numancia and Zaragoza aim to keep growing

The Tenerife coach Raúl Agné praised the opponents as being "the best team in the Liga Adelante", and assured that his players "will do everything possible to win, as was the case in Anduva". His opposite number, Rubí, on the Valladolid bench also made a statement: "This is an extremely important year for us and I expect an extremely close game".

CD Numancia - Albacete B. (9pm)

The matchday will finish up with a game that has tended to be very close in the past and that cannot be explained with statistics. This time, an Albacete side in need of a result will visit the Los Pajaritos stadium in order to attempt to scrape a point that could take them out of the relegation zone.

Numancia will be without Carlos Aranda who left the club this week, and will do everything possible not to lose the rhythm gathered over the last few weeks, hoping to get a win that would leave them in the play-off places.
