The fight to stay in the Liga BBVA is heating up and on matchday 32 two direct rivals meet: Rayo Vallecano and RC Celta de Vigo.
The home side, who just had their five-match undefeated streak ended by Real Madrid CF (5-0), will be looking to bounce back, but may have to do so without Zé Castro, who missed the last training session due to sickness. Paco Jémez, the Madrid side’s coach, called for the fans in Vallecas to help, stating: "We’re going to try and make them uncomfortable and take advantage of the opportunities we create on goal".
For its part, the Galician outfit trained by Luis Enrique comes in off the back of an important win in its last match and will want to maintain its good form against an inspired side. "We are approaching the match as the first of our remaining finals. We’re going to Vallecas intent on surprising them and winning the game", stated Celta’s manager.
