Alen Halilović began his football career at Dinamo Zagreb. On September 27, 2012, the Croatian became the youngest player to debut with Dinamo, with 16 years and 102 days.

• The Croatian celebrated his goal against Malaga with a very special gesture to Asturias: cider pouring. Halilovic said that it was a celebration in honor of David Villa. "We talked about it in the locker room. I was told that Villa used to celebrate his goals in such a way too", said the young player.

• He has already a nickname made up by the team trainer: 'Guajilovic', as they call him in the locker room.

• Has been an important part in 10 of the 12 points scored by Sporting. He has played 683 minutes in nine games and in addition to his two goals has also given two assists.

• The footballer is not only the youngest player to debut and score in the Croatian League, but also the youngest international to play for the Croatian senior national team in the history of his country.

• Alen Halilovic is known as the Croatian 'Leo Messi' in the media of Croatia.
