The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") is to regulate the processing of personal data carried out by LaLiga Group International S.L. (hereinafter, "LALIGA") through the LALIGA Official App (hereinafter, the "LALIGA Official App" or the "APP").

In order to access the APP, you must register in LALIGA Ecosystem, through which you access an environment created by LALIGA, integrated by several LALIGA applications and websites, where, through a common registration implemented by LALIGA in such assets (Single Sign-On of LALIGA), each user receives a unique identifier so that any selection or modification of preferences or deletion request you make in one of the applications or websites that are part of the ecosystem will affect the rest of the LALIGA Ecosystem environment. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Where do we get your personal data?

LALIGA will process the data you provide directly through the APP registration form (email -as mandatory data- and name, surname, country and language -as optional data-), in the APP configuration process (favorite team), through your profile in MyAccount (name, surname, avatar or photo, date of birth, gender, ID, language, country of residence, province, city, address, zip code, phone number as optional data) and other data that are inferred as a result of your use and activity in the APP (device ID; Advertising ID or Mobile Advertising ID -MAID-; identifier for the provider of the service provided through the APP, LALIGA, -IDFV- that identifies your device to track your activity within the LALIGA Ecosystem applications; identifier for advertisers -IDFA- that identifies your device to track your activity between LALIGA Ecosystem applications and third party applications; operating system; device model and telemetry, for example, will also be recorded when you click on a particular content or the time you stay in the asset) or your interactions with the communications we send you via push notification, in-app, if any (for example, clicking on the content of a communication).

Similarly, in the event that you are a user of another asset under the responsibility of LALIGA and that is part of LALIGA Ecosystem, LALIGA may process in the APP the aforementioned personal data, declared or inferred in such assets.

Finally, we inform you that, in the iOS version of the APP, Apple will ask your permission for the use of your device's advertising identifier ("IDFA") by LALIGA for any of the purposes that require it, in accordance with the section "For what purposes do we process your personal data?" of this privacy policy.

Importing data from social networks

We inform you that you can use the social networks of which you are a user to register in LALIGA Ecosystem. Also, if you consent, the social network you have chosen may share with LALIGA additional information to complete your profile in the LALIGA asset.

Thanks to page likes and biography posts, LALIGA will obtain the following inferred data:

● Engagement" value: this value measures the volume of interactions that the user has with the Facebook wall of the official LALIGA page.

● Social" value: this value measures the user's influence on social networks.

● Promotion" value: users' walls are analyzed for references to sweepstakes, promotions and sweepstakes entries, and assigned a value that measures the promotional ratio on the user's wall. It also checks whether the user's profile follows Facebook pages dedicated to advertising promotions, raffles and sweepstakes.

● Fan Value: This score is a combination of the previous 3 that ranks users by the value obtained (a user with a higher score will be considered a more valuable user).

Data shared through Google:

● Name and surname (Required for registration)

● E-mail address (Required for registration)

● Birthday (Optional).

● Gender (Optional).

● Country (Optional).

● Youtube channels you follow (Optional).

The use (of the application) and transfer of information received from the Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including limited use requirements.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses the tool of a third party technical provider for the collection and structuring of the information provided by Facebook and Google.

Data shared through Apple:

● Apple ID or email (Required for registration)

● Name (Required for registration)

Apple will only share the aforementioned data, being necessary to carry out the registration in the LALIGA asset.

We also remind you that LALIGA is not responsible for the legal adequacy of the social network you use to carry out the registration in the LALIGA asset. For this reason, we recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policy of the social networks you are going to use for this purpose in order that you can verify that the processing of your personal data is in accordance with your expectations of privacy and data protection regulations applicable in each case.

Once the data have been imported and incorporated into your registered user account, your data will be integrated into LALIGA Ecosystem and processed by LALIGA for the purposes described in this Policy.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Main Purposes

/ Registration in the APP: We inform you that the personal data you provide in the registration, as well as those inferred data (device ID) will be processed by LALIGA for the purpose of facilitating your access and registration in the APP and provide you with the requested services. Also, LALIGA will use your email to allow you access to the other assets of LALIGA Ecosystem. In particular, LALIGA will use the following personal data to fulfill this purpose:

o E-mail (required): necessary to register in the APP.

o First and last name (optional): used to identify the user within the APP.

o Language (optional): used to display the content in the language selected by the user.

o Country (optional): to be able to personalize the content or communications sent to the user.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses the services of a third party provider (RP Solutions, S.L.) which uses, in turn, the services of a provider located in the United States (Neverbounce, Inc.), which involves the international transfer of your email to the United States, in order to verify the validity of your email. This country does not guarantee a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area. For this reason, standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission have been signed with this service provider pursuant to art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to these providers for the greatest possible security and transparency. The content of the standard contractual clauses is available upon request at lopd@laliga.es

Additionally, once you have provided your email address and created your password, LALIGA will automatically send you an email with a verification code to validate your account and complete your registration in the APP.

Finally, when you have completed the registration process in LALIGA Ecosystem, LALIGA will process your email to send you confirmation of your registration in compliance with the provisions of art. 28.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002, of services of the information society and electronic commerce and in accordance with art. 6.1.c) of the RGPD.

For the sending of these communications, LALIGA uses a service of a third party provider (salesforce.com EMEA Limited) which involves international transfer to the United States, a country that guarantees a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union for personal data transferred from Europe to third party providers in the United States that are adhered to the Data Privacy Framework, including this provider.

The necessary and essential data to allow you to register in the APP are your email, password and telemetry data. If you do not provide these data you will not be able to register in the APP.

/ APP configuration process: LALIGA will process your favorite team in order to configure the appearance of the APP with the colors of your club. If you do not provide this information, it will not be possible to configure the appearance of the APP according to your favorite team.

/ Participation in sweepstakes and voting: We inform you that your email will be treated by LALIGA for the purpose of managing your participation in the sweepstakes and voting that are conducted through the APP. In the case of the sweepstakes, once it is held, the prizes will be published in the APP or we will communicate it to you via your email. Also, in case of being chosen winner of any draw, we will contact you to ask you for additional information such as your home address to send you the prize or, in the case that the prize is over 300 € your ID to make the corresponding tax withholding. The only necessary and essential data for participation in the sweepstakes and voting conducted through the APP is your email address. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to participate in them. Also, the additional data required in case of being a winner may be your name, surname, postal address and / or ID if the prize is over 300 €. If you do not provide the above mentioned data we will not be able to send you the prize.

/ Participation in surveys: We inform you that your email address will be processed by LALIGA in order to manage your participation in the various surveys conducted through the APP. We also inform you that your answers may be shared in aggregate form with third party sponsors or collaborators of LALIGA. In this case, the sharing of information will not contain any personal data, so that it will not be possible to identify the user who has answered the survey. The only data required for participation in surveys is your email address. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to participate in the surveys.

/ Reward system: We inform you that your email will be processed by LALIGA for the purpose of storing and managing the score you get through the various actions you perform in the APP or the activity you perform within the various assets of LALIGA Ecosystem. The only data necessary for the provision of this service is the email. If you do not provide this information, the LALIGA reward system will not work properly.

The legal basis for the purposes mentioned above (except for the one related to the confirmation of your registration) is that the processing is necessary for the execution of the legal conditions of the APP, under the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We also inform you that LALIGA has consulting and technical support providers to carry out the purposes described above.

/ Transactional communications: You may receive push and in-app notifications regarding the content of the APP (e.g. start of your favorite team's match, match results, cards, new APP content, etc.). You can oppose the sending of such communications at any time through the "notification center" of the APP. In-app notifications are shown only when you are inside the mobile application, while push notifications will be shown when you are both outside and inside the mobile application. For this purpose LALIGA will use your user/device ID to send you the notification. In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses technical providers to send push and in-app notifications.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LALIGA under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of getting a better use of the content of LALIGA through the use of the APP. Before doing so, we inform you that LALIGA has carried out an analysis of proportionality between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users. You can request the conclusions of this analysis through lopd@laliga.es

You have the right to object to the aforementioned purpose at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?".

/ Internal reports: Likewise, LALIGA will process in aggregate form the personal data you have provided directly (in this case, country), the data you have provided in the APP configuration process (favorite team), the data you have provided through your MyAccount profile (only the data of date of birth will be processed for this purpose, gender, language, country of residence, province, city or zip code, if you have provided them), or social login (if applicable, birthday, gender, page likes and current city), the usage data of the APP and other LALIGA Ecosystem assets you use (user ID, device ID (IDFA or if applicable, IDFV), device model, operating system and telemetry, e.g. clicking on a particular content or time spent on the asset) and finally, interactions with communications of any kind you receive (e.g. clicking on the content of a communication), for the development of relevant metrics and statistics that allow LALIGA to analyze the use made of the APP by the different user segments generated and the impact of its campaigns, assessing the interest that the campaigns have aroused among the aforementioned segments based on the data analyzed. In particular, LALIGA will carry out aggregate segmentations based on the aforementioned data, within which are:

o Segment according to favorite team (e.g. 20 users have selected club X as their favorite team).

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses technical support providers to carry out internal reporting.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LALIGA under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of extracting lessons learned from the information provided and obtained from users that allows it to improve the APP and optimize the communication campaigns it carries out based on the interest that these generate among the different groups of users. Before doing so, we inform you that LALIGA has carried out an analysis of proportionality between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users. You can request the conclusions of this analysis through lopd@laliga.es

Use of the identifier for advertisers ("IDFA") on iOS (Apple) devices.

The use of IDFA for the purpose of "Internal Reporting" requires the user's tracking permission within Apple's iOS operating system. In case the user has not given permission for the use of IDFA, LALIGA will be able to carry out such purpose using the device's VDFI.

At any time, the user may accept or reject the tracking permission in the iOS settings of the user's Apple device.

Additional purposes

/ LALIGA commercial communications: So that LALIGA can send you commercial communications via email, push notifications, in-app or other instant messaging channels (e.g. SMS) about its activities (the competitions it organizes, campaigns, public viewings, shows or live events), products (applications, web platforms and games developed by LALIGA), services, contests, offers, sweepstakes and/or promotions of LALIGA itself, or contests, offers, sweepstakes and/or promotions carried out by LALIGA on products and services promoted jointly by LALIGA with its official sponsors, which you can consult here, national federations or national and international television channels.

For this purpose, LALIGA will only process your e-mail address and, if applicable, your user ID or telephone number.

We also inform you that, in order to send you commercial communications via e-mail, LALIGA uses a service of a third party provider (salesforce.com EMEA Limited) which involves international transfer to the United States, a country that guarantees a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union for personal data transferred from Europe to third party providers in the United States that are adhered to the Data Privacy Framework, among which is this provider.

For the sending of commercial communications via push and in-app notifications, LALIGA uses a service of a third party provider (Pushologies) that involves international transfer to the Isle of Man, a country that guarantees a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

Finally, LALIGA also uses the consulting and technical support services of other providers to send commercial communications.

The legal basis for the processing of your data for the above-mentioned purpose is the consent you have given us to process your data for the specific purposes selected in accordance with the provisions of art. 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will be kept for this purpose until you revoke your consent.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?", without affecting the lawfulness of the consent-based processing prior to its withdrawal.

/ Development of simple segmentations: So that LALIGA can send you segmented commercial communications via email or other instant messaging channels, about LALIGA products and services. These communications will be made based on the information you have provided us through the registration form or through your MyAccount profile (for example, we will send you communications about products that may be of interest to you based on your age, favorite team or your province of residence).

The information used for the development of segments will be only that declared by the interested party in any of the assets that make up LALIGA Ecosystem (for example, gender, country, city, age and favorite team or sport), with a low level of detail on the user profile without using information inferred from the interested party or from third party sources, being, in any case, segmentations little exhaustive. In this way, commercial communications can be sent according to the simple segments created with the aforementioned information, avoiding sending content that has no relation to you.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses consulting and technical support providers to carry out simple segmentations of users.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LALIGA under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of making effective use of the personal data provided by the user to achieve greater interest and return of the communications sent. Before doing so, we inform you that LALIGA has carried out an analysis of proportionality between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users, whose conclusions you can request through lopd@laliga.es

Under no circumstances will profiling carried out by LALIGA produce legal effects or significantly affect you in any similar way

/ Elaboration of exhaustive profiles: If you give us your permission, LALIGA will elaborate an exhaustive profile of you to improve its commercial campaigns, offering you personalized advertising, information, services and products through the sending of personalized commercial communications via email or other instant messaging channels, sending you personalized push or in-app notifications (provided that you have given your consent for the purpose "LALIGA commercial communications") or showing you banners with personalized advertising on websites, applications or social networks about LALIGA products and services (for example, if we identify that you are a fan of a particular club, we will offer you personalized incentives, such as a jersey of your favorite team).

Thus, the aforementioned information will be directed to the segments (groupings of users that are made based on the information obtained from them or the use you make of the APP or other assets of LALIGA Ecosystem) that we can develop based on the following data sources:

- The information you provide directly in the registration process or through your MyAccount profile (in this case, country, language, favorite team);
- The social login (in this case, first and last name, email address, birthday, gender, city and province in which you reside, the interest categories, as well as those inferred values -engagement, social, promotion and fan value- obtained from the posts in your Facebook biography and the likes on the page);
- Interactions with communications or notifications you receive (e.g., clicking on the content of a communication);
- Data inferred as a result of usage and activity on the Platform (device ID, registered user ID, device model, operating system and telemetry, e.g., clicking on particular content or time spent on the asset).

In addition, LALIGA will generate these segments taking into account the following profiling techniques:

- Measurement of individual campaign performance: LALIGA will use the information related to opening rates, average click-through rates, email bounces or unsubscribe rates to measure campaign performance at an individual level, and as a consequence, perform segmentations based on the information inferred about you and the other information declared, in order to impact you again with certain campaigns that are more related to you or include you only in those in which you have shown more interest (for example, if you are a very active user in certain communications we may send you communications of the same type more frequently). To this end, we inform you that through the data management tools provided by the social networks in which LALIGA has an account, user audiences will be created that can be shared, within each social network and in encrypted form, with third parties outside LALIGA, in order to create their advertising campaigns within the social network itself.
- Campaign optimization: we will exclude you from those advertising campaigns about sweepstakes in which you have participated, about applications in which you have registered or downloaded, about products you have purchased or about services you have previously purchased (for example, we will avoid offering you a LALIGA app if we know that you have previously downloaded it). To do so, we will cross-reference your information with information obtained from other LALIGA assets of which you are a user.
- Users similar to your tastes and preferences: thanks to the profile that LALIGA makes about you, we can send you personalized content taking into account other profiles similar to yours (for example, if we identify that other users similar to you like eSports, we will show you advertising related to eSports).
- Valuation of users: LALIGA will obtain an unknown variable from known variables provided or inferred from you so that it can carry out an analysis of its users in order to identify those with a higher propensity to use or contract LALIGA products, and where appropriate, offer you LALIGA products and services.
- Retargeting: in the event that you have interacted with LALIGA without having registered or without having used or downloaded the corresponding LALIGA asset , LALIGA may use the identifying data of your device and/or your email to impact you with advertising in other non-LALIGA environments in order to achieve the interaction desired by LALIGA.

In this regard, we inform you that LALIGA uses consulting and technical support providers to carry out complex profiling.

Under no circumstances will profiling carried out by LALIGA produce legal effects or significantly affect you in any similar way

How long will we keep your personal data?

The personal data we process will be kept for as long as the purposes for which they were collected persist and/or you do not revoke any consent you may have given, or you do not exercise your rights of deletion, opposition or limitation of processing.

Once the aforementioned period has expired, LALIGA will keep your personal data duly blocked for the sole purpose of meeting any liabilities of any kind that may arise.

Specifically:

/ Registration in the APP: the data provided for registration in the APP will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ APP configuration process:   the data provided for the configuration of the APP will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Participation in sweepstakes: the data provided for participation in sweepstakes will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Participation in surveys:   the data provided for participation in surveys will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the treatment of your data.

/ Reward system: the data provided for the management of the reward system will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists and, once it is finished, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Transactional communications: the data provided for transactional communications through push and in-app notifications related to the APP will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, you do not object to the processing, this purpose persists and, once this purpose has ended, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Internal reports: the data provided for internal reports will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not object to the processing and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ LALIGA commercial communications: the data provided for commercial communications made by LALIGA will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent given or limit the treatment and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Elaboration of simple segmentations: the data provided for the elaboration of simple segmentations will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not object to the processing and, once this purpose is fulfilled, during the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

/ Elaboration of exhaustive profiles: the data provided for the elaboration of exhaustive profiles will be kept as long as you do not request the deletion of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent granted or limit the processing and, once this purpose has been fulfilled, during the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from the processing of your data.

Such personal data will be deleted when the indicated deadlines expire.

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

Your personal data may be communicated to other persons or companies to be used for their own purposes provided that you give us your consent by checking the box provided or on the occasion of the service you request. In this sense, we inform you that your personal data will be communicated to third parties that have a relationship with LALIGA depending on the purpose of processing:

/ LALIGA will communicate your personal data obtained in the assets belonging to LALIGA Ecosystem of which you are a user (email and, where appropriate, name, surname, telephone and country), to your Favorite Team and to third parties so that they can send you commercial communications about their activities, products, services, contests, offers and/or promotions.

In this regard, we inform you that your personal data will only be communicated to third parties and soccer teams belonging to the first and second division of the National Professional Football League, which have formalized a collaboration agreement with LALIGA. In the following link, you have at your disposal a list of third parties and soccer teams that currently have an agreement with LALIGA and that, if you authorize us, may send you commercial communications.

We also inform you that the communication of your data to third parties may involve, in some cases, the international transfer of your data to countries that either have an adequate level of protection, comparable to that of the European Union, or do not guarantee it. In the latter case, LALIGA has taken appropriate measures to ensure that your data are treated by a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union. For this reason, LALIGA has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with such third parties under the provisions of art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations, after analysis of the impact of the transfer made, addressed to them for greater security and transparency possible. The contents of the standard contractual clauses are available upon request by sending an e-mail to lopd@laliga.es

The legal basis that legitimizes this communication of personal data is the consent you have given us under the provisions of art. 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Also, LALIGA may provide personal data and any other user information when required by public authorities in the exercise of the functions that are legitimately attributed and in accordance with the provisions that may be applicable.

Similarly, LALIGA uses some suppliers who will access personal data and information as processors or sub-processors to provide LALIGA with the different services mentioned in the section "For what purposes do we process your personal data" of this Policy.

These service providers sign a contract that obligates them to use your personal information only for the provision of the services described in this Policy.

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

We inform you that, at any time, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, not to be subject to automated decisions and limitation of treatment, as well as revoke your consent at any time, before LALIGA.

What are your rights as a user?

/ Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether LALIGA processes your personal data, as well as to access them.

/ Right of rectification: you may request the modification or rectification of inaccurate personal data.

/ Right of deletion: you may request the deletion of your personal data.

/ Right to limitation of processing: In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.

/ Right of opposition: you may oppose the processing of your data for the purpose you specify. LALIGA will cease processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

/ Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions: you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that may produce legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you.

/ Right of portability: if the APP allows it, you may exercise the right to the portability of your data, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.

How do I exercise my rights?

By sending an email to derechos@laliga.es. The exercise of your rights will be completely free of charge.

If by registering in the APP, you have given your consent for the purposes for which you have been requested, you may revoke the consent given or oppose the processing of data based on legitimate interest, at any time; following the procedure established in each of the communications from LALIGA that you receive, through the Consent Management found in the APP menu or by sending an email to the address: derechos@laliga.es

We also inform you that you can consult and modify your personal data at any time, as well as modify your preferences through MyAccount.

The opposition to a certain purpose or the revocation of the consents granted will not affect the use you can make of the application or the lawfulness of the processing prior to the opposition or revocation of consent.

On the other hand, if you have registered in the APP through a social network or similar service, you can exercise your right to the deletion of your data by deactivating the service "LALIGA Ecosystem" within the services connected to your profile on the social network. What is MyAccount

MyAccount is a section within the APP where you can consult all the personal information you have provided to LALIGA through any of its assets.

Also, you can complete the user profile you have in the digital ecosystem of LALIGA with the data you consider relevant, modify those data that are incorrect, inaccurate or outdated, as well as delete this data, updating this information in all LALIGA assets where you are registered.

Finally, you will also be able to modify your preferences, changing the consents given to LALIGA at any time and in a simple way.

LIMITATIONS.

LALIGA informs you that users of the APP must be at least 16 years old to use and register in the APP.
