José Bordalás, LALIGA EA SPORTS Best Coach for January

José Bordalás has been chosen as the Best Coach of LALIGA EA SPORTS in January, a distinction awarded by LALIGA together with Microsoft. Getafe CF have taken seven out of a possible nine points this month after two away victories and a draw.

The Azulón team has become strong away from the Coliseum after beating UD Las Palmas 2-1 in Gran Canaria and thrashing Real Sociedad 3-0 in the Reale Arena on the last matchday. In addition, they salvaged a point at home against FC Barcelona after drawing 1-1 thanks to Arambarri's first-half goal.

The Getafe CF coach wins the Best LALIGA EA SPORTS Coach of the Month award for the first time, beating Carlos Ancelotti (Real Madrid) and Borja Jiménez (CD Leganés) in the final vote.
