Valencia buzzes with excitement as the second phase of LALIGA GENUINE 2024/25 kicks off

Valencia CF Ciudad Deportiva became the heart of inclusive football this weekend as it hosted the first event of the second phase of the 2024/25 LALIGA GENUINE season. The competition brought together 24 teams from the Respect and Companionship groups, once again showcasing football’s power to foster integration, resilience, and sportsmanship.

From Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning, 24 matches took place in this second phase of the season. Split into two time slots, these games gave half of the teams in the competition the opportunity to earn points in both the sports and Fair Play classifications.

At the end of the event, in the Companionship group, Villarreal CF, Córdoba CF, FC Andorra, Club Gimnàstic de Tarragona, CD Eldense, Fundación Málaga CF, and UD Ibiza all tied with 200 points in the Fair Play classification, while Villarreal CF leads the sports standings with 14 points. In the Respect group, Fundación Albacete tops the Fair Play classification with 200 points, and RCD Espanyol holds the top spot in the sports standings with 15 points.
