SÁB 28.02.2015
At Osasuna – CD Lugo (4pm, El Sadar)
Matchday 27 of the Liga Adelante will kick off with a clash between the Navarrans and the Galicians, two sides separated by just one point. Having suffered three defeats in a row, Osasuna will have the chance to rectify matters at home against Lugo. Quique Setién’s team come into this clash on the back of beating RC Recreativo. Neither side will want to fall behind in the race for promotion.
CE Sabadell – D. Alavés (6pm, Nova Creu Alta)
Alavés travel to the Nova Creu Alta eager to continue putting points on the board after getting a great result against R Zaragoza last weekend. This time round they take on a Sabadell side looking to do what is needed to win all three points and climb out of the relegation zone.
R Valladolid CF – R. Sporting (6pm, Estadio José Zorrilla)
Both teams will be looking for a much-desired win in their respective efforts to finish at the upper end of the table. Sporting, who currently lie second level on points with Las Palmas, have gone five games undefeated. Meanwhile, a win would see fourth-placed Valladolid draw level with the El Molinón outfit in the table.
The Valladolid coach, Joan Francesc Ferrer 'Rubi', is well aware of the importance of this match: "it isn’t a final but it is an important game, a win would give us a better position in the league but as the matchdays pass, the games will get more and more dramatic". Abelardo expects "a great game. We take on a great side as joint leaders".
FC Barcelona B – RCD Mallorca (6:15pm, Miniestadi)
This game will draw a close to Saturday’s action. The azulgranas will be trying to win to move up the table on the back of picking up just one point from their last three matches. Meanwhile, the Balearic team will be looking to strengthen their mid-table position, and from there push into the promotion places. Four points separate these two teams.
